My suggestion to anyone who read this: *) Use bone skeleton like reference material to recreate proportion and possible muscle build. Very useful, especially in that cause ref bone materials are usually post in profile position. If somebody looking for pic, then google "Allosaurus fragilis". *) Use layers or at least morph target when play with veins and any modification made on other (like veins on skin folds). 2:08:27 - bubble dinosaur xD i splat at my wacom when i saw that xD Serious question. Person with that level of Zbrush skills have good chance find job (where ZBrush is main tool, not just addition) , or that still not enough ? I wonder stage 3: I hope you gonna use some R8 features :D
Uuuu laaa 2,5h ?! Just in time :) I fight with leaf texture generated with photoscan. Have good weekend and thanks for new episode of my favourite YT series :D Can't wait to watch it.
Hey thanks! Btw, for things like leaves you don't need to use Photoscan, there is a better method, I will make a tutorial on how to do surface scans, similar to Quixel Megascans, once the Dinosaur series is done. Have a good weekend! :)
haha yeah I know but I was curious there is better way to make good texture for low poly plant asset (blender). I have weak camera so combined 4k texture from zoomed photos was (key word was) good idea xD
There will be one more detailing video, and then I will go with retopology and UVs for the dinosaur. In the meantime, you can check my Mr. Incredible retopology and UVs videos, the concept is the same :)

I will use R8 features in the next video, creating some VDM to use for the scales. :)
