The key to see the 1968 Garin Vorona CT chopper is to attract as much enemies as possible and increase the red bar besides the little map at the bottom left corner.
Still works and is best method 2024, dont use the grenades or grenade launcher to stun, that will result in it exploding, also do this early in the game, as from 2024 you can just spawn this chopper like any other chopper. I think it is the best vehicule in the game. You can just take out bases and stuff not even leave the chopper.
