Aww thank you, Sis! Look... having my hair cut into the heart shape helped me to fall back in love with my hair. I kid you not! I use far less products, and I find that my hair is way healthier. Before that, I was about to give it up and just wear it straightened. 😩
Please read Verity. I read it in 2022 and currently re-reading it because it was so good!

Hey, Erin! I have started and complete three books in between The Housemaid and Verity. So... lol I've read The Secrets of a Housemaid, The Teacher, and Never Lie. Now, I'm almost finished with Verity an d it's so good!! If you haven't gotten it yet, I'll say get it lol

Jenn I'm sitting here dying laughing at you with your protein shake...I'm back on track too, the holidays had me all off track cause tradition for me on the holidays is homemade cornbread dressing collard greens and made from scratch cakes, sweet potato bread etc and I really indulged I had managed to lose 46 pounds from July to Nov and I doggone gained 28 pounds during the holidays😐I started back WW online again two weeks ago and I've lost 10 of those pounds...like you said I want to look better but most of all I know with my multiple sclerosis and my age I turn 62 this year my body literally can't take all this weight so I started back riding my exercise bike and walking in very small amounts...lol sorry for this novel I've commented😂Happy New Year, here's to making 2024 the best one yet😘

Sis, that wouldn't have been rude at all. I was losing weight then, but it's much more noticeable now that I'm prioritizing my nutrition along with my fitness. 🥰
