Hi Guy's, I herd you and Kift might be heading back to Ba Ha? Christine got stuck at home base this month and was going to meet up with the Michigan's in Key West in December but the guy in Florida got greedy so that fell through. She has a few van meet-up's to go to January so at least she can get out of the cold. She hates the cold. She got to be a guest speaker at the Ocean City Van and Camper show last month. her topic was "How To Be A Digital Nomad". Keep us informed! Cap'n Rick or " Just an Old Newfie in a Yellowstone Hat"
Good afternoon guys! I really enjoyed the video and, until now, wasn't even aware that there was a ferry between Souris and the Magdalen Islands. The journey across Prince Edward Island looked lovely; it's such a pretty province! It looks like a very nice ferry indeed, with plenty of lounge space should the weather not be as favourable as what you experienced. The generous portion of cheese curds in your poutine was a nice plus. 😋 (I wonder if that was because they knew you were filming this for a travel blog!😉) I'm glad to see that the rather dreary kennel space wasn't necessary for you and your traveling companions on this crossing. As someone who is also prone to motion sickness, I'm glad for you that the crossing was smooth! Thanks for showing us around. I look forward to the next video, as I have never seen anything about the Magdalen Islands before! Cheers from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador!
Hey Carol - always so nice to hear your comments in our videos, so thank you so much for your support! Yes, we are excited to be going to Magdalen Islands, and stay tuned for more exciting adventure on the Islands ❤
@@theRTWguys we usually go for a month every year, but this year we spent 5 weeks in Newfoundland and Labrador. Iles de la Madeleine is my idea of heaven on earth!
@@theRTWguys nope! And that is a problem. I’ve tried to learn, but ya can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Somehow we muddled along! Everyone was super nice to us even though our attempts at French were hideous. The last time we spent a lit of time with a couple we met on the boat and the wife spoke French. It really helped!
That's amazing, Shawna! Iles de la Madeleine is such a beautiful place. We had a wonderful time exploring the island and experiencing its unique charm. Grosse Ile sounds like a lovely hometown!

I was born in Iles de la Madeline! My hometown is Grosse Ile, on the east end of the island. How did you like it?
