The big change was the supply chest going from 1 hour to 6 (less rs's). Everyone in my tf is maxed and everyone thinks this update sucks and is a cash grab.....and nobody cares about the monument. We're not stupid, we can see it's just an rs sink. Maybe time to move on from Boom Beach.
Giving weightage to your words, it's a lot to thank about at least they brought something more than everytime. And for the improvements matter, they had the Boom blog which details it all. After reading that, its like at least they did something major for a change. Maybe they will keep it up in oncoming time.
Mark my words, there's going to be some things coming along soon, like a new Hero. Once the maxed players have pissed all their upgrade tokens and Diamonds down the drain, something big will come along that requires people to buy Diamonds to upgrade fast and max it out. I'd bet my house on this.
I'm looking forward to the missions in the boom pass, that will give me something to accomplish on the main base. The monument, which my task force has dubbed "the ashtray" I'm not impressed with at all and won't be putting much effort into
I absolutely agree with the idea of getting bigger and bigger updates and cool cosmetic stuff after this update, I absolutely with to see those. But at the same time, when you see such a big update after years and years of small updates and what you really get is an overhyped scam, you really can't get that excited for the future can you?

I haven't formed a opinion yet on the update yet. I feel the monument is just away to use up resources that you have just sitting there, how ever I also think you can take it to a new challenge by collecting the resources to upgrade it instead of using what you already have as well I don't see a need to race to the maxed out the monument. Everything you need to upgrade it can be done through doing the daily events and clearing the map even trader tickets. The boom pass I'm waiting to see what it has to offer and if you really need to spend a lot of money on it to get the goods. New skins for the base and troops, tanks sounds ok as long as they are lame. One thing I would suggest is if the boom pass would offer items like a volleyball net or a tiki bar after all the troops do need to relax and unwind. Also maybe some skins for buildings to make the base look more like a resort than a top notch base we do have to keep the black guard wondering. Maybe in the future they might consider expanding the base some not a whole lot just some so the buildings and artillery are not so clump up. I also think they could place a transfer hub where you could switch to other super cell games from one game should you have other games on your device.
Same here, can rarely get logged in since the November 23 update, really annoying. Have tried every trick to overcome but no joy. Also cannot seem to be able to save current game.

big update but still the piggy and 2019 trophies are retired... kinda unfair for the players who don't own that trophies... i am a collector! i have all the trophies except those two trophies and i want them so bad...and i think i am not the only one who want that trophies back... supercell should make something about this!

The update itself was good (although we haven't tried out the Boom Pass yet). I think that most people are complaining because we didn't get new content but we have to understand that this update was needed in order for them to make bigger updates. It's confirmed by Numo that they plan on releasing new content this year so we don't have to be worried. Let's be a bit more patient and enjoy the Boom Pass.

SC don't understand that they have to do something for maxed out players that are focused on LB or TF Operations. Just bring some new maps in the Ops. Just bring some % of this new Statue for dmg or TH But instead of that, they make it harder to get intels 🤦♂️🙄

I do think update is good, I am not max level player. but that damm monument thigy is totally useless. too expensive and if you are max player its worthless, really could do smth with that. but at the same time, I do think that new update means hope for more context, but ofc if supercell dosent do that it would have opposite effect. so Will see if this update was good or bad tbh.
Besides the actual upgrade being a bit crap. Since the upgrade, every time I try to get on the game I have to uninstall the game then reinstall it or I can't get in. And that happens on both of my tablets. And trying to complain seems to be a thing of the past as it's now an automated complaints procedure which doesn't cover my actual problem.
The direction that the game is going inevitably will drive maxed players out of the game. Over the past few months, there's been a new direction in the game that's clearly aimed at reducing the massive amount of resources maxed players tend to hoard, such as diamonds. Then, we get the new boost nodes in warships that only reinforce that, with players having to spend 1000s of diamonds to change boosts. This is resulting in no additional new gameplay features for maxed player but a whole new additional spend to keep playing the game. This will only go one way.
The mystical monument is a bit of a disappointment, but I’m not mad about the update. We still have the Boom Pass coming. I’m tired of the whining. I’m keeping in mind that Nuno said we aren’t slowing down in fact we’re speeding up. That bodes well for the future. I will keep on playing. It’s cheap entertainment. It’s cheaper than going to a movie. Long live Boom Beach.
Horrible just awful update. Nothing of importance and wtf is up with the low rewards if you get the boom pass….It’s P2W worthless crap!!! Warships jubilee my arse..it’s rigged so that troop refills are cheap and to get you hooked so you’ll buy unnecessary crap like skins…ffs are we 5 year old 🤬. I think the point was to give you something to do with resources when you are maxed. You probably arent getting more extra rewards for completing the extra rewards.
The COC update was Epic compared to this Boom Beach update. they underestimate and do not understand their primary paying players...... the game changes dramatically when your using IT compared to Non IT play. the global backlash has been severe... its only going to go in the direction of less players and less$$ not the other way around. nothing is planned that will make a mobile customer think about downloading the game or coming back to the game after being away a few years.....

Still can't access my old accounts as Supercell ID won't open. Not sure what to do. I have a lot of time invested in each of those accounts. Very frustrating...
Just tell everyone to quit whining. They could have shut the server down instead. I've been playing daily since 2015 I'm not complaining about it. I think it's awesome
