This could have been worse. Wrexham has the leakiest defense. They're only looking ok on the tables because they also score a lot of goals. The number of goals conceded for the season is similar to midtable teams. Notts County is doing even worse - they've scored and conceded more goals than Wrexham, which just goes to show that a 1 goal win with a clean sheet for your goalie is preferable to scoring 2 every game, but conceding 4 every second game. Also, retire Tozer, he's way too slow.
I thought that with Tunnicliffe and Hayden back the defence would be more solid but not so it seems. My first choice of transfer window player would have been a dominant centre back which really is much needed. I would go for Raggett from Portsmouth if they go up as he's a good L1 player but not really championship standard.

Salford showed up, unfortunately Wrexham brought the local village pickup team. Away defeats are killing them. They need to get someone who can get forward, so Mullin isn't alone on the attack. And the long ball....there doesn't seem to be any ability to drop it in close to one of the players. It's either over shot or dropped where no one is. They just need to get it together. Can't rely on home wins to take you to the next level....come on boys....the result is not where you're meant to be....you're better than this!
Normal away performance under pp. Hoof the wall 50 yards and mullin chases like a headless chicken. About time the game plan got looked at away, but it wont as pp and his dinasaur tactics will never change away from home. If away performances carry on like this , we will end in the play offs and lose them. Needs addressing finally once and for all. First time i heard a few boos ringing around in the away end at the final whistle, and so they should, 3 games on the bounce now away supporters have spent there hard earned money and watched absolute dire performances.

Parky needs to change it round a bit always plays with Wing backs,Akonkwo is a class keeper but I think he’s letting in too many goals time for Chomp to be given a chance? This month is make or break for our season with games coming thick and fast! No panic yet but it’s coming if things don’t change!

Corner defending seems to be a bit of a problem lately.
