You killed it on mounting the turbo kit on your car. I’m building a single turbo set up for my car currently so I have a whole new appreciation to your craft . Great work 🙏🏼💪🏼
Dont sweat it man, intermittent faults are the worst pain in the ass hands down not to mention while at the track all amped up (esp electrical) Glad you fixed it for free! I love this damn car, it rips soo hard and is just getting started
Don’t beat yourself up. Intermittent loss of connection is the hardest thing to diagnose. Honestly it was lucky that the problem was persistent enough to find that spark wasn’t present during your spark test. It’s great advice to check those connections for tightness before an event when you have an electrics center such as yours.
another reason im not a fan of the screw strips or the mechanical items with screws..id go back and use a lil dab of green or orang loctite on all the screw terminals
Damn i cant wait to see that Fender Flared Mamaw Bodied car on the Lift either lol glad i found the channel from the Slick Rick wastegate install . Lol cuz i thought they did all that in house smh 🙄
This dudes fabrication skills are second to none and his stick car is also second to none wow dude should walk around with his head held high I know once I get my funds back in order I'll be jumping on his list for fab work 100% and will be bragging that he worked on my shit forsure I'd have no problem saying dudes in top 10 in the world in the fabrication game!!!!
Not really a race or even a car comment, don't overlook the flexibility as a "boss" in moving to a 4x10 work week. IF it works for everyone, or, nearly everyone, changing away from a 5 day week can be welcome. It might be common practice, all I know is it would be nice if I ever had received such an offer. It may not work for such small screws but a dab of paint like when doing torque sequences? To have a visual if it backs off? Fasten it originally and then pot it?
Could cost ya a motor to not just a day at the track. You have any concern about washing the rings with how much trouble you had with it and how much cranking it did and then the last pass try and thay whole side being dead and trying to bring it up on the 2 step multiple times. Thats a lot of unburnt fuel. I’d certainly change the oil after that.

We're all aware but I'm sure people will now start using his services since you approved him.. lol
4.91 is killer for a manual transmission!
Yeah I'm building a 2spd 240z and id be happy with those #'s fore sure lol
I would back those screws out and put a drop of red loctite on each one before I snugged them back down. If it happened once, it can happen again!
I wouldn’t use red on such a tiny screw. Blue at the most maybe even a weaker loctite

Im a 71 240 guy but that 280 would be just fine 😅😂
A pdm will prevent that electrical issue from happening again.
And NO terminal strips
I really like the location of the oil system tanks. I feel they are the best locations for a crash to keep oil off the hot headers.
rookie mistake the wiggle test is the First in my books most of the time I troubleshoot
Thank you RSM for sharing with us 😊

Its time to change oil anyway. Everything including valve lash will be checked before the next outing.
