My sister-in-law is Greek Orthodox and my brother converted. I have been to many Greek church services and festivals. I now reside in Durham, NC and live next door to a Greek church. Thanks for sharing.
I stumbled across Longmire years ago and I can confirm that it is an outstanding series. I live over in Washington State near the state capital of Olympia and love your videos from Texas. 25 years ago I transferred from my home in southern California to Washington for work, but I had the option to go to Houston also. I chose Washington because I had served in the Navy up here and knew the area. I know that I would have loved Texas if I had chosen to go there. The cost of living down there is much less than in Washington. Both states are full of natural beauty and wonderful people. Welcome to the USA Mikey and Tasha. ♥
Im so happy to see you found a church. That will definitely help you feel part of the community and help you feel settled and "at home."" That's always one of the first things i have done when I've moved to a new town. You'll meet other young couples!
Glad to see y’all had a relaxing day. Oh, just a dude note. If you buy a Premier subscription to Sams Club, you get cash back from your purchases. I wish I would have done it sooner. Anyway, hope y’all have a blessed week. Stay safe and healthy.
The Greek Orthodox Church downtown has a yearly festival. There is an actual Greek school where part of the curriculum is learning their heritage. And it is beautiful.
It is interesting to seeing you adapt to Texas life, though I think you made a mistake by not buying Blue Bell Ice Cream the other day. I live in Louisiana, but as chance would have it I had to take a quick overnight trip to Houston yesterday, and just made it back home in time to see this video.
Longmire is a good show. It got worse after Netflix bought the rights to it. That last season is almost unwatchable, I watched the first few seasons multiple time, that last season I never watch it. Justified is a good show too, that is about a lawman or a U.S. Marshal in Kentucky. Also a show about vikings/England history "The Last Kingdom" that was a really good show. It was made on BBC I believe and then after it got canceled on there Netflix bought the show and made 3 other seasons. The show did so well that Netflix made a movie after the show got canceled.
Watch Yellowstone... If you like Longmire. United States all kinds of different racial groups and they have established communities. One of the great things about United States.
Also, if you want some more TV options that coast nothing look up plex on your streaming device. It's add driven so there is no coast besides having to watch commercials.
Some things are easier in the US to do. Finding a church and getting a tv and stand I will bet would have been much more difficult where you are from. Elvis is dead do not get caught up with our stupid conspiresy theories. Did you know that you live in is what we call the bible belt?

Church is beautiful.
Longmire... excellent.
They have a nice Greek Festival at that church every year.
Longmire is an outstanding series. And the towns and county are close to where I live. Excellent choice!!

Brooo you’re Orthodox? That’s awesome I’m an American convert! Love to see brothers of the faith in the US.
Save the boarder Convoy ❤
"Masters of the Air" has started. Watched the first 2 episodes on Saturday. When you finish "Band of Brothers" and "Pacific" . . . .
Lovely church! Relax more!
I love Longmire! Good choice!

That should be “side note.”
“Longmire” is excellent!

They all seem to have these festivals. Great food.
You picked a great time of the year for TV shopping. TV's are marked down quite a bit for the Superbowl!
❤

There is a huge Greek festival the first weekend in October at the Greek Orthodox Church in montrose.
Beautiful church
Did I miss it? I never saw the church.

I thought you were Italian since you scolded Tasha for breaking the spaghetti noodles in a previous episode. 😄 That's cool that you're Greek though!
Longmire is a excellent show. If you have Max, Boardwalk Empire is great gangster show in the early 1920s of Atlantic City.
Probably need to exchange your tv for a 43 inch one, but that price was awesome have the same brand and it looks great.
We've all walked into church late, especially when daylight savings start. Elvis is dead. You can't hide out this long without being found out.
Haircut looks nice!
