I have both The Focus Spot 2 X and Chauvet 360. Both are excellent lights. The Chauvet has the rotating prism too. The ADJ is my favourite as whilst it's not quite as bright as the 360, it is much more portable for a Mobile DJ. The ADJ also has a better tilt range to 270 v Chauvet's 240. Makes a difference for spots on a wedding first dance.
The Chauvet Intimidator spot 360 can do split colors. The light output is very bright, so much so, that I usually need to have them around 50% of intensity for the venues I used them in. I wish it had motorized zoom. I have to preset the zoom before it gets mounted depending on how wide I want the beams for that show. Overall, very happy with them.
Im new starting at a volunteer theater booth coordinator and from talking to the team we have at this time we avoided moreing lights because of the high room we have our gread is about 10 feet
That's about where I keep the GAMMA TX-4 in my office (9.5'), and I can hear it, but it's not loud. But as you know, at 10' you're going to struggle to find anything quieter that's a moving head.
The tx-4 is a light you can get from alibaba from a Chinese factory so I’m guessing the quality isn’t very good hence why the output is similar to the 100w LEDs in the American products.
Not true. They're all Chinese, but I have seen from multiple customers that just going with an Alibaba unit gets you less output, bad reliability, and significantly more noise. It is not the same as buying from an importer who cares about quality....and the "American" companies are doing the same things, their lights are all made in China as well. What matters is having someone who demands quality from the factory AND has independent contractors visiting the factory to ensure quality.
The chauvet is far better i have them both - to chauvet have totem 2 prizam & give you all the color & gobos - th tx is very good - 👍 but you need good dmx - because he can't give all - the adj x2 very good also - if i need to chosen one i take intimidator- yes is not woth big light like tx - but the computer inside & software is the best .

All the three give you everything you need - but chauvet with the totem & zoom - give you more .
Do you find the fan noise level on all these lights would be ok at 10 feet

How do they both compare to the JMaz ATTCO 150w and 200w? The only thing I don’t like about the ATTCO’s are that they have NO ZOOM feature whatsoever.
The tx4 mounts with a two clamps but instead of one as mentioned
