Please do the Hokkaido trip! I went to Hokkaido for 5 days and it was wonderful. The scenery was breathtaking, and the seafood was delicious. Thanks for taking us with you again for a walk with great food. Sunset and dawn pretty much depends on geographical position (to the equator). Here in Germany dawn ranges from ~5:00AM (longest day) to 8:30AM (shortest day) and Sunset from ~16:00PM (shortest day) to 22:00PM (longest day). That's the reason we initially got summer and winter time, to adjust it a bit. Will be funny to experience early sunset when traveling japan next year.

I love walking the city. I live in Taipei and spend hours walking, eating and drinking around. Used to walk 10k each day (there and back)....I eventually got a bad back lol. Been to Japan twice and loved the walks from station to station...even underground you can see the sights (well mainly restaurants). Good stuff.
I visited Odaiba in 2019 but did not get to go there last August when I was in Tokyo. Now, I got to "revisit" Odaiba through your video. ❤️ Someday I hope to revisit Odaiba for real.

Wow, this was a very 懐かしい walk for me! In 2016, after Christmas to New Years 2017, I stayed in Ueno, and I visited Ginza, Tsukiji, and Odaiba. I also went inside of Joypolis and went to one of the days for the Winter Comiket there at Tokyo Big Sight. I had a lot of fun! I'm trying to plan a visit to Japan next year with some friends, specifically Tokyo because they've been to Kyoto and Hiroshima already a long time ago with me, but they have never been to Tokyo yet. I'm excited to show them around and hopefully for me to try something new as well. I'm crossing my fingers I can get a reservation for the Kirby Cafe.

The last time I walked so many kilometers it was approximately 8 km one way to a very large park here in my city and I no longer wanted to return home because of how tired I got there, although I think it is not as interesting as walking through the streets of Japan In general, although I think that my emotion of being there I feel that I would never get tired. i love so much your content..☺

We will be in Tokyo from 7th to 11th december 2022 before going to nagano. i was lucky to snag 2 tickets for the toyosu fish auction during one of the days. i need to be at toyosu by 5.45am so how long did it take for you to walk from tsukiji to toyosu? i am staying at one of the hotels near tsukiji. is it possible for me to rent a bicycle around tsukiji to cycle to toyosu instead?
