Watch a full tutorial as a 2010 Chevy Camaro will have new front door speaker and tweeters installed. These chosen speakers will be compatible with the factory amplifier, and are a plug-and-play install for this generation Camaro!
Note: this Camaro was equipped with the OEM amplified Boston Acoustic audio system. Because we are keeping the factory amplifier, we will need 2 ohm speakers to be more compatible with that OEM amplifier. If you do not have the Boston Acoustic audio system, any 4 ohm 6.5" coaxial will work fine.
This video applies to Chevy Camaro models for years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. This video also includes front door panel disassembly, speaker assembly, wiring, installation and testing.

Great informative video! I see the PB speakers are 60w RMS where the eom Boston speakers are 50w RMS. Is that OK and would it be OK to use the PB speakers with if replacing the Boston amp with a 80w per channel amp? Thanks
If replacing the factory amp, I’d go with a better brand speaker.
Thanks for the reply Chris. Could I still use a 60w speaker with a 80w per channel amp?
