"ex-President Trump" "Former President Obama" I know that you know this, but "President" is a title. You are never an "ex-President" while alive because it is a title that is bestowed on to you, and the only way to even make a hypothetical argument as to when the phrase "ex-President" COULD be acceptable, is posthumously, as at that point you are ex-everything, but even then it is generally accepted as "The Late Former President ____." While alive, they are always a "Former President" It is weird that people only ever seem to get this wrong when referring to Former President Trump. You surely as a "news" organization wouldn't be intentionally injecting political bias into the headlines of your videos in order to subconsciously influence your viewer's perception of the content being presented... right? Because that would be crazy for a "news" organization to do.

I've asked this before and I'll ask again hoping for a serious answer. What are the charges in Trump's "hush money" trial. Hush money is not a criminal charge.
The biggest parts I believe is disguising it as a business expense to avoid it becoming publicly known before the 2016 election. Also it is good to remember being the middleman in this is exactly why cohen went to prison, a crime is not suddenly 'not a crime' because the defendent is a more popular/infamous person.
@@Funster-vt5bm really they haven't. They keep giving the same non answer that you just gave. Obviously you don't know either or you would have said. If you don't have the answer I'll thank you very much to just keep your worthless opinion to yourself. I'm looking for answer. Not snarky non answers.
“Hush money” to save your reputation is not a crime. And if so, the person who accepted the money for it is also a criminal (an accomplice). And prostitution should also be regarded as a crime in this case, for the exchange that took place. Along with infidelity, why not throw that in as well 😂
From what I've gathered there's some shaky evidence of falsifying business records but that seems to be a bit of a stretch. Businesses do it all the time as long as it's not to cover up something illegal or misleading to stockholders. Now was paying "hush money" illegal. Not really. If two people can agree on a payment to keep non illegal activity quiet then it's perfectly legal. Again as long as it's not to cover up crime or impede an investigation. The final thing is probably the most harmful to Trump is the campaign finance laws that were broken but it does appear they were directly broken by Trump. My guess is that he'll be found guilty of some of these charges but not all and since they're low end felonies he won't do any prison time. This all seems to be just an effort to make his winning an election difficult. However my feelings are that it's having the opposite affect. For those that don't absolutely hate him they're only making a marter out of him and his support is only growing.
Why do they keep calling it a hush money case? Aint it illegal for her to take the money if she was helping cover up a crime? If it wasnt a crime she was helping cover up then why call it hush money? And if the crime is he stole funds or something then shouldnt that ne the title of the video? And The hooker he payed the money to would be an accomplice not a victim 😂
I've been trying to get to the bottom of this as well. "hush money" is not a criminal charge. So what are the charges? I mean it's not illegal to pay some money to not talk about something unless it's to cover up a crime or impede an criminal investigation, which it doesn't sound like what's happening here.
@@James-to7pi yeah but the laws really don't prevent this. If I pay my buddy $500 to not tell my wife about what happened last Friday night it's not illegal. Now if Trump did something illegal and he was paying someone to keep it from the police on ss criminal investigation then that's a problem but that's not what's happening here.
