How to Password Protect a Word Document

In this tutorial, learn how to keep your Word document safe by password protecting your document. You'll only be able to open the file using the password that you set.

Thanks for the vid. I use MS365 and under file, info protect document there's no dropdown menu option. I only have the option to click "protect document" which reads underneath - "alway open view only to prevent accidental changes by asking readers to opt in to editing" Why don't i have the same dropdown options box to create a password?
