I loved the part about Kim’s ancestry. When I was younger I used to hate my smile because my upper lip goes pretty high up so you can see my gums a little bit and it kind of makes a round heart shape. I always wanted to change it and get filler until people told me that my smile looks exactly like my mom’s and grandma’s - which is absolutely true! And now I’ve really grown to love it!! ☺️
Forgot to mention the dimple in their chin, which I have. We got that from my dad! Yes Grandpa is so proud that his dimple chin got passed down to his grand babies. I'm an only child, so it really tickles him. I bet your family smile is beautiful!

This might help you out deciding whether it’s implants or filler: filler has a soft appearance and silicon cheek implants have a harder/more model-esque appearance. I don’t think any of the kardashians got filler in their cheeks, pretty sure it’s implants
I think most celebrities did this more or less at the same time: started out with cheek filler, started getting “fat faces” as it moved around, then dissolved the filler and got implants
I think they do fat transplants everywhere which aren't permanent. They keep inflating/deflating. Cause their pics and videos are filtered, they pay paparazzi for staged pics. When you see their rare canon pics they do not have that dramatic surgery look that makes them unrecognisable and botched.

She was prettiest about 6 or 7 years ago. I truly feel sorry for her. Someone once pointed out that she's undergone and continues to undergo so much surgery, her body is constant fighting potential infection and trying to heal. That is just exhausting and sad to think about.

Your videos NEVER end up being what I think they’re gonna be. I thought this video would be bashing Kim the whole time but in a “sweet” way-but you genuinely made me so proud. Somehow you managed to make a video even Kim herself would feel good about while also lifting up women in general. You hit the nail on the head when you touch on the reason she’s getting work done-us!! We are the reason! People always talk about how she has affected the way other women tweak themselves without realizing we are the reason Kim tweaks HERSELF to begin with. She does it to stay on top, because god forbid she start developing wrinkles-we all know she’d no longer be “the queen” and we would replace her in a second with someone who CAN somehow manage to look plastic and perfect all the time. I can't believe you missed that she has ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TEETH, and a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BITE. I think she shaved her upper teeth down a little as well. I noticed the second she did it, which I'd guess is 1-2 yrs ago. I noticed the top teeth are much shorter than they were, and again, her bite is completely different.

Just a lil thing about noses.. as someone who was so close to getting a nose job that I was on the operating table lol (that's a story for another day) I know that the bump on the bridge of your nose can come back after surgery. This a common phenomenon and probably not intentional in the case of Kim
When your job is to look pretty for a camera i think its understandable to get work done to keep appearances and improve it. I think the problem is educating people better and understanding the luxury it is to be able to do so. it shouldnt be a priority in life to have surgery but if you sell your appearence for your job, it makes 100% sense.

So “Botox” is just a brand, when celebs say they’re allergic to Botox they just mean that specific brand. There are hundreds of other muscle relaxants out there they could use.
The extended philtrum was due to a nose job where a surgeon cut the muscles that cause the nose tip to point down when a person smiles. This resulted in a more upturned nose but a longer distance between her top lip and the tip of the nose. This was then remedied by a lip lift a year or two later. Hope this helps.
I really love Kim's original nose. I wish more celebrities would feel comfortable embracing their natural noses. Noses really speak of one's heritage which I think is really cool.

I can't begin to imagine the pressure Kim, and other "brand name" women, to look forever "young". From the wonderful age of 30 to 32, KK will (probably) have, repeatedly, been told that she has now reached the point where maintaining her looks isn't enough - she has to surgically enhance/change them. The first time I saw pictures of Kim in her youth I felt almost shocked of how stunning she used to look. Her natural ethnic features suited her so well. But she still went full plastic... She got the fame and money as a result of that, but personally I think it's kind of sad.
Yes, 42 is not old. But in terms of a face lift lots of celebrities are getting it done in their mid 30's now so they heal better and they don't have to do it later when everyone will notice a huge change. Because, well... we've seen them age. EDIT: Megan Fox for example had a face lift within the last like 1-2 years.
I personally think she was at her prettiest in her first years of fame, when she had the least amount of work done. The more work she gets done, the more robotic she looks and the further she gets from her real beauty. She might have more ‘ideal’/proportionate features now, but she’s not as beautiful as she one was.

just a little addition to the conversation as someone in dental school: I 100% believe Kim has gotten veneers or crowns done to make her teeth look best with her new big lips. this was necessary because when you change the shape and fullness of your lips you have to "compensate" with your teeth, changing their shape too. moreover, you may also need to reshape your nose, jaw and cheekbones to compensate for your new lips too. It's called facial harmony: you can't change 1 thing without changing 6 other things, and there's the cosmetic surgery business.

Sadly, my family always made me feel as though my looks were all I ways. One cousin went so far to say that, you were supposed to marry a millionaire and get us all out of debt. You waisted your looks. Now I’m in my 40s I feel like I have no identity at all.
Your family should never have pressured you to use your looks to get them out of debt. This was a cruel burden to place upon you. But it's not too late to find out who you really are, and explore your interests and talents. Being yourself is the true gift you can bring to the world.

I always wanted to change it and get filler until people told me that my smile looks exactly like my mom’s and grandma’s - which is absolutely true! And now I’ve really grown to love it!! ☺️
This is how I felt about my nose growing up I hated how big I though it looked but it's a combo of both my parents so I love it now.
Forgot to mention the dimple in their chin, which I have. We got that from my dad! Yes Grandpa is so proud that his dimple chin got passed down to his grand babies. I'm an only child, so it really tickles him. I bet your family smile is beautiful!

It’s what makes us all unique ☺️ I have my mums blue eye colour and eye shape (which is pretty round), and everyone says I have inherited one of my parental my great grandmas naturally long eyelashes. I also think I have my dads face shape - oval(ish), pretty good cheekbones (not very prominent and hollow, but nicely shaped), and a very similar jawline.
I watched a recent video of her speaking and she is amazing in that she can speak without any facial expressions. 🤦🏼♀️

This might help you out deciding whether it’s implants or filler: filler has a soft appearance and silicon cheek implants have a harder/more model-esque appearance. I don’t think any of the kardashians got filler in their cheeks, pretty sure it’s implants

I think they do fat transplants everywhere which aren't permanent. They keep inflating/deflating. Cause their pics and videos are filtered, they pay paparazzi for staged pics. When you see their rare canon pics they do not have that dramatic surgery look that makes them unrecognisable and botched.

I'm one of those that find Kim at best better than average and charmless after her surgery. I honestly never understood the trend and why people would want to look like her. Diversity, "flaws", asymetrical details have so much charm to me. The "perfect mask" is one of the most boring thing I've ever seen

I went to a cosmetic surgeon in my 20s who told me I needed a boob job because they were a little bit droopy. What a total scumbag, I'm now 20 years older and have children who I breastfed for a total of 5 years and they're actually still not droopy thankfully. They'll tell you anything.

Your videos NEVER end up being what I think they’re gonna be. I thought this video would be bashing Kim the whole time but in a “sweet” way-but you genuinely made me so proud. Somehow you managed to make a video even Kim herself would feel good about while also lifting up women in general. You hit the nail on the head when you touch on the reason she’s getting work done-us!! We are the reason! People always talk about how she has affected the way other women tweak themselves without realizing we are the reason Kim tweaks HERSELF to begin with. She does it to stay on top, because god forbid she start developing wrinkles-we all know she’d no longer be “the queen” and we would replace her in a second with someone who CAN somehow manage to look plastic and perfect all the time. WE are the ones demanding perfection! Kim is simply abiding us. It’s sad but let’s face it, apparently that’s how superficial we all are. Funny thing is, we’re all chasing our own tails trying to look perfect until we become worm food when in reality, none of us can achieve it, yet we think less of anyone who admits it and dares to age gracefully.
I worry about their kids. What an example! Not! I blame the media for this and she brought all of this on her own- she now meds to keep up the appearance. The mom is a real piece of work also. Who knows the long term effects of all of her surgeries and dieting. Thank you for this video.

I can't believe you missed that she has ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TEETH, and a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BITE. I think she shaved her upper teeth down a little as well. I noticed the second she did it, which I'd guess is 1-2 yrs ago. I noticed the top teeth are much shorter than they were, and again, her bite is completely different.

Just a lil thing about noses.. as someone who was so close to getting a nose job that I was on the operating table lol (that's a story for another day) I know that the bump on the bridge of your nose can come back after surgery. This a common phenomenon and probably not intentional in the case of Kim

When your job is to look pretty for a camera i think its understandable to get work done to keep appearances and improve it. I think the problem is educating people better and understanding the luxury it is to be able to do so.
it shouldnt be a priority in life to have surgery but if you sell your appearence for your job, it makes 100% sense.

So “Botox” is just a brand, when celebs say they’re allergic to Botox they just mean that specific brand. There are hundreds of other muscle relaxants out there they could use.
Kim's original smile was so lively and youthful.
The extended philtrum was due to a nose job where a surgeon cut the muscles that cause the nose tip to point down when a person smiles. This resulted in a more upturned nose but a longer distance between her top lip and the tip of the nose. This was then remedied by a lip lift a year or two later. Hope this helps.
I really love Kim's original nose. I wish more celebrities would feel comfortable embracing their natural noses. Noses really speak of one's heritage which I think is really cool.

I will never understand why people have surgery after surgery trying to chase a look they will probably never achieve or be totally happy with, not to mention your taking a chance every time with something going tragically wrong, then what. Nobody is perfect!
The first time I saw pictures of Kim in her youth I felt almost shocked of how stunning she used to look. Her natural ethnic features suited her so well. But she still went full plastic... She got the fame and money as a result of that, but personally I think it's kind of sad.
Yes, 42 is not old. But in terms of a face lift lots of celebrities are getting it done in their mid 30's now so they heal better and they don't have to do it later when everyone will notice a huge change. Because, well... we've seen them age.

What people forget is that its’ Kims idea of perfection. Her own aesthetic of beauty. But people don’t know what they would need to do to like themselves so they try to look like others.

just a little addition to the conversation as someone in dental school: I 100% believe Kim has gotten veneers or crowns done to make her teeth look best with her new big lips. this was necessary because when you change the shape and fullness of your lips you have to "compensate" with your teeth, changing their shape too. moreover, you may also need to reshape your nose, jaw and cheekbones to compensate for your new lips too. It's called facial harmony: you can't change 1 thing without changing 6 other things, and there's the cosmetic surgery business.

Sadly, my family always made me feel as though my looks were all I ways. One cousin went so far to say that, you were supposed to marry a millionaire and get us all out of debt. You waisted your looks. Now I’m in my 40s I feel like I have no identity at all.
Your family should never have pressured you to use your looks to get them out of debt. This was a cruel burden to place upon you. But it's not too late to find out who you really are, and explore your interests and talents. Being yourself is the true gift you can bring to the world.
