few years back you guys helped me replace the thermal fuse on my dryer, of course im going to see if you can help me with my fridge error code!!! I really appreciate this channel!! Thank You, Thank you!!!

I tested the old fan motor (and the replacement) by using a drill battery that puts out about 12 volts. I connected the positive to red and also yellow by using a jumper. The negative connected to brown. The old fan didn't move, but the housing got warm. The new motor started spinning. We had a similar model Electrolux to this video, so almost everything was the same. The video was a great help.

just curious what exactly your problem/symptoms were before you replaced this fan. i.e. what exactly happens when the fan doesnt work. does the freezer not get cold? or the fridge? or both? etc
Help! I followed directions precisely and when I went to plug in new fan the plug wouldn't press down far enough to catch. It's like the metal prongs are too heavy of gauge. Double checked part number on fan - correct. Probably something stupid so be gentle...
Regarding a Frigdaire glhs36eesb0 side by side... It is cooling fine. Freezer is cold. But recently the Evaporator Fan has started running all the time. I suspect some little sensor has gone bad??? What controls turning on and off the fan in the Freezer?

I have a Frigidaire FGHB2844LF7 and my evap fan is not spinning getting the SY EF on display. I already replaced the fan motor which didn't help. Any suggestions?
My Frigidaire Frig (Model: FGHB2844LF3) has an SY EF error. I've replace the evap fan/motor and control board. Yet, the error still remains. Could it be a thermistor (PN# 5303918416) or refrigerator sensor (pn# PP8992304X61-X3)? Sometimes I'll hear a noise that sounds like ice falling falling inside of the freezer, but there's no ice build up on examination. What could be the problem? Can you help point me in the right direction please? I'm almost to the point of just throwing it away and getting another frig.
My fan isn't coming on. I'm looking for a way to put the refrigerator in evap fan test mode to make sure I dont have a bad fan motor. I dont want to replace both parts as you did and it not fix the problem.
You guys make the BEST tutorials. No unnecessary fluff, well-filmed, and very detailed. THANK YOU!

Very well done, filmed very quickly with well-lit pieces. Nice, clean repair video. Wish all could be this good.

Very helpful step by step instructions. You guys are the best!
Once upon a time Frigidaire built products that lasted. Today nothing, but failure prone rubbish.
Good video I liked the straight forward instructions

How do you know it this is the issue
The video didn't show removal or re-install of ice maker.
Thanks so much for the awesome video!!! Took me longer then it should have but a great video!
The video doesn't show this step, so don't forget to re-connect the ice-maker connector before re-attaching the evaporator fan cover!

HINT: Once motor is replaced and mounted, plug in and make sure the fan is running before you put it back together.
