May I ask if I can pay myself as a non-resident director of UK Ltd (living outside the UK) a salary of GBP 150/week without registering to Paye? Am the only person in the company with no employees. Also my income is 100% non UK
for limiting tax exposure is it better adding a spouse as a director of my property development company and paying them or engaging/contacting their Ltd company to carry out all renovation/construction work on any purchased properties?
Hi, regard £ 9568pa, company pay class 1 secondary NI (13.8%) so about £100 for the tax year but how will save £145 on corporation tax ? do you mind to explain this to me please.

Thank you for your comment The Bizness. To be fair, our tax rates are more favorable than many parts of Europe and the US. Go to places like France, which has higher tax rates and more government control.
