@chechnya Yes it is a private volunteer ambulance services that is certified by the state, and you just call them and they are there usually 2-3 minutes

I always hear negative things about Hatzalah but it seems like they do good work. So how do they work? If you need an ambulance, do you call them first? So it's almost like a private volunteer ambulance service.

@dingdong911us Thank G-d for all those who help whether it's the fire department of the volunteer group of Hatzaloh. Thank G-d Hatzalahs response time is usually 2-3 minutes as they have volunteers spread throughout neighbors they service. thank you for your concern and comment
