Unfortunately when I ran the numbers you need one of a few things to replace her: A4 Prim for the dark damage since otherwise you're only running 15% up or multiple A4 15% Spear accessories (like 2+ of Gil/Cardona and Tressa). Dorothea herself really doesn't hit that hard but enables you to get the 30% spear up on Olberic which isn't possible otherwise.
