I tried it, seems fuzzy(late) backdash kinda makes pb whiff(which is still safe for pot tho) or just block JH. I mean you can delay JH but again it's countered by poking. It's still a very cool tech so thanks for figuring this out.

fun fact, if you delay a backdash by the perfect 5 frames you are so minus on pb whiff he busters you again

Is it called "BRC Fuzzy" because the BRC input is meant to be timed such that it only comes out on blocked c.S (and therefore you should be weaving it into your blockstrings to practice)?

Basically, yes. On whiff (vs BD) you'll do a grounded BRC forward and be able to punish.
