      થાબડી ને નરમ રાખવા તેને તમે 5 મિનીટ પહેલા ગેસ પર થી નીચે ઉતારી લો વધારે પડતી ચડી જતી હશે ખાંડ વાડી વસ્તુ વધારે ચડી જાય તો તે કડક થઈ જતી હોય છે.
      અમે તો ઘરમાં થોડી જ બનાવીએ એટલે આ વાત નો અનુભવ છે .
      તમારી દુકાન છે તમને વધારે અનુભવ હશે . છતાં પણ એક વખત try કરજો

      Kyunki halwai bhi iska use karte hai aur hamne bahot kam matra me sirf dudh ko fadne ke liye hi use Kiya hai.

    Ahi tame jyare caramalize karo 60 khand ne tyare doodh j bija gas par mukyu hatu to te doodh no gas chalu hato ke bandh ?

      Aapne sugar jyada caramelize kar di hogi.
      Aapne video me dekha hoga bilkul slow flame pe sugar pighlne tak usko chalna hai aur .pighlne ke Baad 1 se 2 minute vo bhi slow flame pe .
      Aapne pehle kabhi sugar caremalize karke koi chiz nahi banai?.
      Aapne dudh kis chiz se fada tha lemon use Kiya tha?
      Fitkari use karni Hoti hai.
      Lemon aur caremalize sugar mix honge to vo taste me kadva hi hoga.
      Ab aap dekh lijiye aapne kaha kya galti Kari hai
