We know it well that it is a brazen theft n the concerned authorities from Minister n secretary to line man meter reader have been making billions in the garb of line losses that should be not more than 3,4 % n therefore, transfer that burden to the consumer by over-billing n exorbitant pricing. Bringing in Rangers had become indispensable as things had been spiralling out of control which this sensitive area at least afford. However, the deaths were unfortunate and in the aftermath of all that, the federal govt n the state government were bludgeoned into doing what they did. Had the things been anticipated vividly and corrective measures taken like engaging them n asking the federal govt to bail the Anwar govt out, this gory n shameful spectacle would certainly have been spared! But, that was not to bad, n that is why I beseech the taskmasters to thoroughly investigate the episode n nab the moles in either camp to be made into a terrible example. At the same time a professional body like NAB should be empowered n tasked to investigate the humongous corruption in this department so that the billionaire corrupt secretaries n ministers are nabbed to redeem the bond between the Kashmiris n Pakistan by laying bare how brazenly these vultures have been plundering n looting the local population of the state exchequer and the mammoth grants n tens of billions of the federal taxes.
