I just had to look up this song today. What a blessing!!! My sister used to like this song a lot when she had cancer...and even though she ended up passing away, we are encouraged by the hope of the Resurrection!!! Hallelujah Jesus!!! One day very soon, Christ will come!!!!!
I have not seen an electrifying gospel singer like this lady called Stephanie Dawn! It is as if the whole host of heavenly angels are singing with her. She is a mighty vessel in the Hands of the Lord.!
It is only those with deep spiritual problems that will not appreciate the great presence of the Holy Spirit in this video, and i am not even a member of Seventh Day Adventist! God is alive in His Blood Bought Church which includes this great people in the video.
Isn't it time for a movement that claims to believe that God speaks through prophecy (Voice of Prophecy) to allow the Holy Spirit of God to continue moving and speaking through His people. If there ever was a day when we needed to hear the shout and clap from the saints of God, it is today!
Who said the Adventist liturgy is the same around the world? The cheerful style is not new in the Adventist Church. You have never been in the temples of Adventist blacks? Praise is excited. God has used these singers and ministers in the work of saving.

Roxanne Riley I am not into gospel at all, I like hymns more, but this song spoke to me. I do not agree with all the swinging going around and the beat of the song but the interpretation was very good. No need to shout indeed but sometimes is necessary. When you have passed through some experiences like going through the valley of shadows of death then you shout for what Jesus did for us. “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation, Lowly and riding on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey. Zechariah 9:9 "But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You."Psalm 5:11 "Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy." Psalm 33:3 "Oh come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation." Psalm 95:1 I can give you more texts but is not necessary, my point is that when you experience the salvation brought by the Lord you cannot hold still. It also has to do with the moment. To Moses the Lord revealed Himself as a still small voice, when He will return, He will come with a shout.
Make a joyfully noise unto the Lord all ye land serve the Lord with gladness come before is presence with singing know that he the Lord is good and his Mercy endureth throughout all generation the psalmist David said so you are wrong
What happened to reverence in the sanctuary? When did our church start conducting their worship services like the world? I know this appeals to the carnal heart and nature as it did to those singing and jumping around the golden calf. They obviously had a halleluiah good time like the worldly churches do but could the presence of Jesus and the reverent holy angels abide where people are dancing around like they are at a worldly concert? How can God trust us to bring people out of the world into the truth to expose them to corrupt worship? This is not the way God should be worshipped! I will not be donating to VOP after seeing this VERY disappointing video. One more ? remains, where were the true leaders of God's people who would stand up and say "NO, this is not appropriate music or actions for God's remnant people this close to the end of time!"? The Lord needs a people He can trust, not a bunch of bouncing around to vocal acrobatics. And to see people I admired in the church in the background acting a fool! HMS Richards would roll over in his grave. I am very sad to have seen this today. "...and ye shall see greater abominations then this..."
This is HIGHLY disappointing! If I did not know some of those faces I would not have thought this was an Adventist gathering. This is NOT true Adventism!. Wake up my brothers and sisters! The time is at hand Jesus is even at the door an yet "His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber." Isaiah 56:10 O Laodiceans, Jesus says "I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten; be zealous therefore, and repent. Revelation 3:18,19
toknowGodfully We have not received divine command to tell who will be wheat and tares. We have no right to judge the singers of the video. The liturgy and worship style is very diverse within the Adventist Church worldwide.
I must apologize to all those that gathered the wrong impression. For I was not judging the spirituality of these dear brothers and sisters. I am thankful that only God alone knows my heart and theirs. We are in the End Time and like it or not, there are people from both sides of this battle right in our churches. And yes it is not my duty to point out who is who. However it is very important that we "prove all things" 1 Thess 5:21 and "be not deceived" Matt 24:4 . We could be sincere but sincerely wrong. Both Cain and Saul were sincere with their offerings to the Lord. Now, though I could address a lot of things in the video, my initial comment was addressed towards the music. The point is: 1. Above all else, all "christian" music must glorify God- or it is not christian (1Cor 10:31; Col3:17, 23-24; Eph 5:19 2. Some styles of music are just not christian. 3. We should not, in any manner, use music which is identified with the world's music, its patterns, impurities or its objectives 1 Cor 2:14. 4. Truly christian music must be doctrinally sound if it is to glorify God and help human beings. Many current "gospel songs" are doctrinally incorrect. We must not let ourselves be attracted to a nice, catchy tune and forget to weigh the words in the light of scripture 2 Jn 10; 1 Tim 1:3; 4:16; 2 Tim4:2-3 5. Much of contemporary "christian" music is not much different from the worlds music, except for the words- which are often very weak or just plain unscriptural. The bible tells us that there is to be a distinct difference between believers and non-believers 2 Cor 5:17; Rom 12:1-2 6. Christian music, if it is to honor God, must be "good" music and not have the perversion beats, drums, slides, and noise of pagan music. If it is to honor and glorify God it must be of a style that is not associated with the world, its sin, and impurities. We should not borrow from rock, jazz, popular, big band, rhythm and blues etc. For they originated in dance halls, barrooms, night clubs, discotheques and still earlier from heathen rituals to establish communion with evil spirits. Please don't be deceived, prove all things Matt 24:4, 1Thess 5:21. For more information on this delicate subject do some research. We need to get back to singing hymns. But that does not agree with the flesh. Drumns is not part of true worship. Look to Jesus people. Get back to the old paths.

Disappointing for you. Not all Adventists agree with you.

The Church has been in apostasy. Nevertheless, wheat and tares must grow together. Praise God there is a remnant.
