Tech and krizz = best duo
No one can rap and sing like Krizz and Tech is a rap god. Krizz always kills hooks and verses and one day Tech might just make people head explode with his rhyme schemes, lyrics, and to do it fast is as you get in the game. I hate when people like something just cause it's fast. You need to say some shit well doing it. Even my favorite songs I can recite but not when listening cause he gets so far ahead even if I have the lyrics in front of me. lol

Actually I would recommend Panic Attack by Dream Theatre. It's lyrics are absolutely perfect for anxiety and panic attacks.

everyone has different anxiety levels. mine unfortunately had me not leave my house for 3 months straight. literally. I was afraid of going out in public due to social anxiety and for the fact that I did not know what I was capable of . therefore to avoid any further conflict with myself or others and safety-wise reasons, I just disappeared from the world for a while.
i couldnt leane my room for 4 years, then i met a girl and got engaged and was happy for 5 years, she dumped me 2 weeks ago and im back to square one lol

Tara Bullock In middle school I used to be bully on the daily and in almost every class, I was always shy and anxious as a kid as I would kick my legs under my seat until the person next to me told me to stop. Well since Middle School didn't pan out very well, I thought of high school as the same thing so I literally never went and lied to my mom that hey I'm going to school. I didn't leave the house for months upon months thus me gaining A LOT of weight about 100+ lbs as I would eat away because it suppressed my anxiety, since I got very big I got low very self esteem but now I've lost the weight but I still feel the low self esteem and my anxiety has definitely gotten worse. Just wanted to share because I really want to relive my high school days but I can't. My mom knows about my anxiety now and she is trying to help but by her trying to help it has relieved me from some.
