invincible comp gives me Pokémon PTSD from all the fat Chanseys, Clefables and Toxapex I had to fight in competitive for years while growing grey hair.
Im one of those chunky-ass Toxapexes. Its fun for a Pokémon battle to take 30 turns lmao
You know, the Irony here is that despite how she claim to hate Artoria, she herself shares the same tragic fate as her. I would even say she had it 100x worse with the environment she's in and the wretch that she had to manage
The Artoria simp in me says that's almost Karma. The ruiner of Camelot goes through the same sort of thing she put Artoria through.
Not that this Morgan is the one responsible for that, but still...

@@ObviousHUN he probably referenced it the way iskandar explained it Fate Zero, artoria was a good person (strong and did many great things) but that doesnt necessarily make you a good king (if you agree or not is a different thing)
I made the mistake of going into the final boss of 6-1 with this team. Managed to stay alive the whole run, but it took 22 turns, and it was heavily hampered by the AoE attacks. Would've been smarter to use MHXX or another Foreigner, but i got too caught up in using my shiny new Morgan.
It took me around 4 to 5 turns using Mash, Lolivinci and Castoria. Just using the supports they lend you.

I've already been using the immortal team of Himiko Merlin Castoria where you get 5 charges of defense, not just 4. More RNG, as you have to get those nice juicy crit rounds at the right times, but when you do, Himiko can smash face.
Yeah I also been using these.
From my experience himiko team survived better but morgan team finish thw fight faster.
Tried this yesterday in an LB3 fight that was 16 enemies in a single wave. Took 52 turns to win, but as long as I didn't do anything dumb the enemy couldn't do jack to me. Was surprised how well it worked even without a fully skill-leveled Castoria and Himiko.
Yeah Himiko does this trick too, just way more crit reliant. Although if I really wanna gnaw someone's ankles off over the course of an hour, I can just use Mash and 2 Tamamos like I did in the Wodime fight.
And Castoria can have 5 stacks instead of 4 using Himiko. I have both Morgan (NP2) and Himiko (NP1), and I'm not sure which one is best. Himiko also have a 50% battery, so is not a deal for her.

@@stringentstorm5990 both Morgan and Himiko has 50% Charge. Difference is that Morgan is divided between Self Applied and Targettable so asking which one is better depends on what's your preference. But Reines' Variation is undoubtedly the worst since that one took forever to kill anything
For those who didn't get Morgan, there is another comp that works:
Himiko, Merlin, Castoria. You don't have AOE damage of any kind but you'll also never die.
I personally use a pseudo-immortal team: Arjuna Alter, Himiko, Castoria. You're not truly immortal since you have no healing, but it will still take quite a while to die.
You should be able to outlast most fights thanks double A's damage output.
Is there a possible substitute for Merlin? I have Morgan and castoria but Merlin is the one servant that has consistently avoided my Chaldea throughout the years.
@@ataxis8951 Miyu works, so does Hans. You do lose a bit of NP spam without Merlin and are more vulnerable. I'd personally go with Hans, since his DEF buff can help off-set damage on turns where you don't have Castoria's Super Invul (assuming the buff lands). Proto-Merlin/Lady Avalon coming next year would also work.

@@ataxis8951 She could work too, you'd just have to try and keep Castoria's Super Invul up more so than normal. You wouldn't have a back-up if Castoria's NP wasn't up. Keep in mind Castoria's NP has to go last.
@@Kodiak_P ty for the feedback man, although I’d rather not resort to it, this is still the absolute worst case scenario option that I might have to use against my rapidly approaching Demeter fight.

Remember, you don't need your own morgan for this comp because you don't double up on any of the servants. There will be an np5 120 morgan for you to borrow as long as you have 2 of the compatible supports.
Or substitute Morgan with Himiko, or later on, Reines. Himiko started the immortal comp and actually is even more invincible. Morgan is the most popular of the three though since she has a powerful AOE NP which allows for far faster clears than the other two.
If you really want to just draw things out and murder your opponent slowly you can put Tamamo instead of Merlin too
@@gogobebe8460I did Beast Kiara with Merlin + Tamamo + Castoria and it was beautiful. It took me 7 hours, but I did it.
I'm addicted to Morgan.
She + Merlin + Mash shred almost any pending content I have.

player have so many creative plan to the level that Dev have no choice but to make enemy remove player buff with every hit.
I tried for NP2 Morgan and ended up NP5 Barghest. Looks like I'm #bargdawg now🐶

I tried for at least Np1 Barghest and ended up with NP2 Morgan and my saved up quartz spent. Wanted to be a Bargman but life made me into Morgan's househusband :/
I wanted hp5 barg ended up at 4 with 8 sith and 2 morgan.
Going for her NP2 when we're going on vacation in the Vietnam event to get some R & R after wrapping up LB6, also have hard pity save me from spending too much.
Since I have an np3 Morgan and a castoria, I guess I have officially beat the game

So what I'm taking away from this is that the moment Morgan starts to struggle is the moment Mysterious Idol X (Alter) starts to shine.

Personally like Himiko over Morgan for this. More buster crits.
Also higher NP overcharge for more defence. Combined with mystic code Defence, Sword of selection and Himiko's invuln it has a fallback.

Just finished np5 Corgi to pair with np5 Merlin and np5 Morgan. The cheese shall begin.
It's fun killing Gawain with Double Morgan + Fae Tristan, 2 chains of NP dealt 80K curse damage💀
I prefer my immortal team with Himiko, sure she doesn't kill as fast as Morgen but her NP gives +2 Overcharge. and I've tested both teams many times in CQ and find Himiko better suited to my playstyle

Yep desire sensor is real :/ was not planning to get the fae knights at all, i just want my cas cu to be np5, but guess what 150 sq, np1 sith, np2 barghest, np2 morgan, and np4 cas cu , i only want np5 cas cu tho :( now i dont know what to do, stop at np4 cas cu and saving for koyanskaya and oberon or keep going just for np5 cas cu x.x
Well for farming you're suppose to go with double Vitch. Merlin is really only for CQ content.
Why mention morgan and not himeko for this strategy considering she gives 2 levels of overcharge and ton more stars

Fino, I'm not sure if this works, but I'm using Tamamo for the 3rd member to keep everyone healed and their skills ready. And Morgan's NP Overcharge +1 effect is a god-send for her.
Could use Merlin for damage if I had his skills leveled up, but that'll happen in due time.
Not to mention Pretender class makes LA generate more stars.

Morgan's damage comes mostly from crits as well as the damage mods on her NP.
@@numberhunter62 Yeah, after using her a lot more I noticed. Doing 70k for one person with np and 200k crits with merlin 3rd skill. That buster buff works wonders
So how does this team compare to the himiko one. That one i have used a few times.
Himiko has the advantages of giving more overcharge, allows for fast np gain through reliable art crits and has ruler class defenses. However all her damage is tied to buster crits so it's even slower to actually kill anything which increases the chance of you eventually messing up and getting killed
I got her to NP 5 trying to get Barghest.
Nit too sure how yo feel about that.
I was trying to get all the Faes and Morgan appeared with NP6 for me, Barg appeared 2 times and no Bao.
Not sure I wanna continue now so I wait for the ticket. But love Morgan

Remove buff resist. Some servants got that like Santa nightingale, Medea loli, Cu Fu or the summer mystic code.

Sure, but I'd wager there are a lot more Morgans out there than Himikos.

While it is true Himiko gives more overcharge she also takes way longer to kill the fight while at least Morgan can deal with multiple enemies with her damaging NP

If you’re playing an immortal team comp, what does it matter how long it takes to kill something? You’re gonna be there for a while to begin with 😕
Also between Himiko’s party wide Star Gen skill, plus Merlin’s own NP, you’re gonna be swimming in Crit stars, and Himiko herself does some absolutely outrageous crit damage. So I don’t think you’re gonna be sitting there for too much longer. Especially if you’re doing this in a challenge quest or boss fight
Morgan has other abilities that make her a more suitable pick than Himiko. Morgan can give 20% to any party member who needs it, and it increases NP gen which would help immensely. The bad thing about Himiko is that when you decide to Buster Crit someone, you’re not doing an arts chain. Which is what you need to bring everyone back to 100% NP after 3 turns. Morgan lets you deal damage with the NP anyways so you can focus on arts chaining where as Himiko sometimes forces you to choose between damage or NP chain. Basically Morgan is easier to use than Himiko in Team Avalon.

And last I checked, Morgan’s NP is Buster too, so you’re still having to pick between arts chaining and dealing buster damage.
At least with Himiko, you’re guaranteed to get at least 4 or 5 stacks of Anti-Purge Defense if you can keep chaining at least two NPs. Plus OG Merlin is likely to get 300% depending on your NP ordering, which means an additional 15 stars per turn. Couple that with a 2030 and Himiko’s own Charisma/Party star gen, and you’ll be critting like crazy with everyone
Question: Whre's the Himeko mention in all this? Wouldn't she arguably be better in this Immortal Team that she started? Hell, throw them together with Morgan(who definitely has more synergy with Himeko) and Castoria and you've got one hell of a thing going. Plus more damage output than the ones you've mentioned (which are still good).
As someone who had the himiko immortal team in jp and used it for 2 years, it depends.
Himiko has a bit more safety in survivability due to double overcharge until proto merlin comes around, but it feels a lot slower having a third nondamaging np to get through most quests even with crit buffs. My preference is with Morgan at this point as safety is still basically guaranteed either way due to being able to rotate invincibility skills and Morgan's own guts skill for third turn whenever someone is low on defense
The real berserker queen is still not out on NA.
Ibuki Summer is the real Berserker Queen.
So morgan can have her spot until she is out on NA.
