Further analysis tells me havik is fine. His TOD is off B2 which is slow. Not saying he can't do it off his other buttons but players are getting caught mashing in the neutral by it. Yeah he has mix but who doesn't in Mk1? And on top of that the TOD takes execution even sonic drops it and he's one of the goats.

I think players aren't used to the MU cause me and 15 others only played him. Fighting a Havik online is like finding a rare pokemon pre patch.

How do you do scorpions flaming flip kick? Its not in the move list and i keep playing agaisnt different scorpions in invasions and they have that exact move.

It takes 3 bars to make it a touch of death. And you will have breaker by then if you have even one bar of meter. It is fine honestly.
