Health Day

We held our first #HealthDay and we are thrilled with its success! 🤩
Our employees had the opportunity to learn about bike leasing with JobRad GmbH | Deutschland and ask questions directly to the experts. Lucky Bike.de GmbH, offered a selection of bike #training #health leasing models and advice on the different options. BARMER provided talks on #nutrition and offered workshops with concentration-enhancing and muscle-relaxing exercises. Nutrition and training coach Michi Steinkohl gave a lecture and there was a raffle as well as the opportunity to win a special type of body analysis. Our employees were able to mix their own smoothie in the form of bike riding 🚴‍♂️ together with Aufwind.Training & Erlebnis and discover their body values through the Body-Check with a special scale. There were healthy snacks 🌱 and drinks 🧉 as well as the opportunity to network and include a focus on health in the workplace.
We are confident that every participant learned something new and is motivated to live a little healthier. A big thanks to everyone who made this day possible!
