Nice comparison ! i am planning on buying some for my drum room (currently have bunch of foam in my room) . Would have been nice to get a demo of before and after drum sound - do you have such comparisons done ?

Hahahah!! If it helps to motivate you - I’ve read countless stories of people recording inside of completely untreated hotel rooms and the track becomes a platinum Billboard chart topping song! Don’t worry about letting that stop you from making great music! However it does definitely help you hear/mix better! I’d also say don’t even bother with mastering if you don’t have acoustic treatments… But there are many studio/engineers that you can send your tracks & mixes to to get mixed/cleaned up/polished! We’ve worked with some great mix/master engineers throughout the country, who I would be happy to recommend you to if you’d like!

before sound, theres a "springy" sound!
It’s being caused by “Harmonic Resonance“ and more than likely it’s coming off of the ol’ rascally China Cymbal!! (Or other cymbals) Good observation there! 👍
