How do you do it for a manual transmission. Literally cannot find where I check it (no visible dipstick) and can't find the reservoir where I'd fill it. Thank you for any help you can offer. I appreciate it.
On Toyotas (2004 Corolla and 2004 Scion XB) there is a drain plug on the bottom and a fill plug on the side. The fill plug on the side is set at the height of the correct oil level, i.e., you put oil in that hole until it flows out, then screw the plug in. I'm thinking most manual transmissions are similar in this regard.
