That's probably the same crimper I have bought from Aliexpress, just different branding. At first the loose handle was a major concern, but after maybe 100 crimps, I haven't found it to affect the performance. Jaws work well and crimps are consistent. Lidl has these for about the same price as what I paid and based on my limited experience, these seem like a good option for hobbyists or someone else who just needs to crimp few wires every now and then.
