Steve Schechter - An urgent need for green

Steve Schechter is a Colorado building contractor with a long history of creating highly efficient living and working spaces. He is an outspoken critic of the nation's continued reliance on coal-generated electricity. Schechter has served on the boards of the Gunnison County Electric Association and the Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District, where he's advocated for pro-active responses to climate change and other environmental challenges.
