Thanks for sharing. Cup 1 -how old was that coffee? Could be why bland. Your Hive roaster roasts pretty fast! I use an electric countertop roaster and it takes around 18 minutes to first crack.

Thanks for tuning into my video!! Both coffees were 3 days old but I have a feeling I may not have grinded the beans correctly. I’m still fine tuning. Have another batch of green beans I’m roasting soon. Which countertop roaster do you have? I purchased one off Amazon that is pretty decent.
