One last point Annie. Civilians don’t realize how good of shape a fighter pilot has to be in. That is why we maintain a close check of their physical and mental status all the time in Aerospace Medicine. 👍👍👍

What a lifelong memory right there! Great job, Annie on handling those maneuvers the way you did! This was an awesome video showing the communication between pilot and civilian passenger!
My work is right in line with the airstrip so I got to watch the practice and the show. Even going up on the roof of my work just to get closer! Always special seeing the Blue Angels, makes me feel like a kid again👌🏽
Hi Annie. This is Hernan. Got to say you look so cool up there. Like a little kid on Christmas Morning. I know your husband and family are SO PROUD of you!!!
Way back in 1968 I was stationed at the Naval Air Test Center at Patuxent River, Maryland. I frequently got to fly in the F-4 Phantom with the late CDR John Rademacher, who flew with the Blues. One word describes the experience of every flight: “WOW!!”
My wife was lucky enough to get “The Ride” back in the late eighties and got to do a tandem jump with the Golden Knights at their training camp… a writer for a couple of aviation publications back then
I am a USMC veteran from the late 70's. I was stationed in southern California at a couple of bases; LTA & MCAS El Toro. It sounds a bit goofy but LTA stands for Lighter Than Air. It was an old deridgeable, Air Ship base from WWII. It was a helicopter base while I was there I was temporarily there for OJT while waiting for a slot at training for working on the Harrier powplant. The CH53 that I was assigned to has the same power plant. The wait for my original MOS training got to be 2 years out, so I had to choose a new MOS. The one that I picked took me to school at 29 Palms. My regular duty station wound up being at El Toro, a base with a lot of history. While I was in service I was fortunate to fly on several air craft, from a Apache to a C6. Little did I know how many doors that my time at LTA would open for me. While at LTA I served as 1st Mate on the CO's bird. We flew almost every day of the week. Once I got to El Toro I didn't fly as much, still about once a week. Shortly after being assigned to my unit, which sat at the end of the main runway, I was able to see my first Blue Angels show right there at El Toro. All of those teams are highly skilled pilots, and I hold each of them in high regard. The Blue Angels though are at the top of the list. Plus they fly on of my most favorite air craft, the F18 Hornets.
I have seen the Blue Angels fly many times but would be totally gobsmacked to ride with them! Holy cow what an honor. She is one lucky lady. By the way, these pilots are awesome with the information they provide to their guest to keep them calm and somewhat relaxed! So informative and able to make it sound easy when I am sure it is not!
There are before and after moments in every life. I would think that this qualifies as a major milestone. Now you’re the lady walking through schnucks that flew 600 mph in an F-18.
I don’t think Annie will be wearing a sign. Everybody has things they draw on for confidence, they don’t necessarily shout them out. They just walk a little taller.
It's a very cool video. It's managed by the pilot in such a calm and careful way it seems anyone could be there. Very emotional and immersive, thanks for doing it.
One of the absolute coolest videos I have ever seen. Actually it got me a little bit emotional. Here it is a conservative voice that we hear each and every day on the radio that stands for Faith, Family and our American way of life ...... getting to feel for just a brief time what these absolutely brave men and women do daily to protect these same freedoms that you talk about on the radio. A full circle so to speak. Congrats Annie on accomplishing something that most can only dream about. God Bless the U.S.A. !!
Annie, thank you for taping this and showing what are military aircraft can do. You are a brave soul! Sometimes I get depressed seeing what is happening to our country, but when I listen to your show, I feel there is still hope, hearing young conservative voices speaking out with common sense. Keep on rockin in da free world!!
Annie, that was so very brave! Thank you for sharing this experience with everyone. I enjoyed watching every minute (that is one hell of a good producer😉). God bless those that serve❤️🇺🇸🙏
When you said you were less confident than the Pilot, I understood because he gave you what seemed like too much information that you had not experienced before. Although, in reality, it was not a long time, but heck, at that point you did not know. YIKES !!!
Oh my Lord, what memories. As an old Air Force Veteran, who's job was maintaining, B 52 bombers, through the end of Vietnam. The bumping he mentioned, about moving flight controls, when we launched bombers, the crew chief called flight controls, just to be doubly sure everything works. Arming the ejection seats, those handles I made sure to stay clear of, if and when I had any work to be done in the cockpit. By the way, are any of you familiar with an operation by the name of Linebacker 2 ?
Brilliant footage . Sad we didn't go now . Loved your wee man getting all buzzy about it . reminds me of my son a few years ago . Streamed to TV just to get the full sound experience. Even though there's nothing like being there .
I just love these videos! The way these Blue Angels pilots talk through so may high G's to the VIP passengers as if they are casually talking to you at a grocery store is amazing! Wow, just wow!!!!
Awesome! Just awesome! My jealousy is only exceeded by my admiration for you saying yes to doing this, and for the folks in blue and gold that do this all the time! Way to go Annie. Once in a lifetime opportunity, and you made it look like a cakewalk!! SALUTE!
I loved the video! Annie, you did an awesome job. It certainly was a chance of a lifetime to do this. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us!
Whew this made my day lol…Amazing and felt i was there as well lol! thank u for sharing this video and to everyone who were involved hats off to u all! Salute and huge props to LT Connor Odonnell #7 and Crew Chief Tamara Perez!
The Blue Angels are one of the nicest coolest groups of people I had ever met while stationed at NAS Pensacola. Although my experience was not as cool as flying in the jet, it was an honor to have met them all and an even greater honor to have been part of the honor guard who conducted the funeral honors for the late LCDR Davis. Rest in peace sir.
Man, what an experience it is flying along with someone. I was blessed as a younger lad to have my grandfather get me into the backseat of an F-14 pre-9/11 when airshows would charge a premium for ride alongs and it was perfectly fine. One of of the all time best experiences of my life.
Annie. That laugh at 15:06 made my day!! I can't help that my overwhelming feeling is jealously!!! lol AMAZING!!!!!! I can't imagine how incredible this was! You were taking those Gs like a champ!!!

This is the first time I have watched your show...I gotcha for sure talking to both the pilot and Jesus!!! You are doing something I have always dreamed about...I am 65, have loved aviation since I was about 6...growing up during the build up to the Apollo program, I have also always been fascinated by space flight!
