I am very Old user of Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaners since the year 1994. I have used so far 3 Vacuum cleaners of the same company and 3 water purifiers. But very very sorry to inform that the quality of the company products is going down. There are repeated breakages and repair services are very erratic. There is no guarantee about the time required for repairs. Service Center staff are very irresponsible. When you want to buy new product their Sales people chase you literally but when it's time to provide services they go in hibernation. I am 60 year old Health Care Professional and also Associate Professor under MUHS University and if they are harassing me so much then one can imagine how they must be behaving with lay men.
