Asking this because I recently watched a video of yours where you were talking about it.
In case you do NOT, Why?
But if you do, have you set up a remote or hybrid work culture in DevSinc?
What are the pros for a company AND for an individual as ReMoTe or hybrid? What are the cons?
P.S. I work as a freelance marketer and copywriter. It's been good for me so far. And I think it's harder than an onsite job. Just graduated recently and want to work with any company.
Do you encourage ME and fresh grads in general to do freelance?
P.P.S. I know you and the team are busy and have a tight schedule. Yet still, this question is been asked by probably every fresh grad in our space. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Devsinc is an amazing company working in it sector and but it's not working in Blockchain development an if devsinc start working in Blockchain development they can make the first Blockchain developed in Pakistan and then 'i can also work at devsinc after i complete my studies because i am going to be a Blockchain developer 😂'
