Decree to Beloved Astrea - Elohim of the Fourth Ray

Beloved Mighty Astrea along with her Twin Flame Purity is one of the Seven Elohim ministering to this system of worlds. Mighty Astrea is also known as the "Starry Mother". The poet Virgil said that the constellation Virgo was named after "Astraea" - whom he described as the "Starry One" and as a Goddess of Justice and of Purity.
Astrea wields a Circle and Sword of Blue Flame. "The circle of Blue fire invoked from the heart of Astrea is a dazzling blue white fire that oscillates as two concentric rings of fire, the Blue of Astrea and the white of Purity, interchanging frequencies at such a rate as to appear as the action of blue white lightning flashing around souls, planets, solar systems and galaxies - wherever there is a need for the reinforcement of the will of God. Astrea also personifies the Hindu concept of the Goddess Kali, the "demon slayer"." (1)
DECREE TO BELOVED MIGHTY ASTREA-"THE STARRY MOTHER"
In the name of the Beloved Mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Selves of,all Keepers of the Flame, all Lightbearers and all who are to ascend in this life by and through the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in the threefold flame burning within my heart, I call to beloved Mighty Astrea, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life-fire, air, water and earth! to lock your cosmic circles and swords of blue flame in, through, and around:
