Yes, most players prefer to choose Lieutenant Mikhail Viktor in the "Mercenaries: Operation Mad Jackal" Minigame. It is that he is the most powerful character in the game; armed with the Benelli M3S Shotgun, S&W M629C Magnum Handgun, and the M66 Rocket Launcher. His Shotgun is capable of eliminating several zombies at once, earning huge amounts of time quickly. His Magnum can kill most tough creatures in one shot, and the Rocket Launcher will bring down the biggest of adversaries. However, he has less healing items.

Yes, the whole "Resident Evil" series are already included on my "Longplays to do" list but it will take some time because I'm doing a lot of Longplays of different video games at the moment and many of them are work in progress.
I'm currently busy with Metal Gear Solid (Sony PlayStation) and Cold Fear (Sony PlayStation 2). When it's done, I will be busy with Devil May Cry (Sony PlayStation 2), Viewtiful Joe (Sony PlayStation 2), Silent Hill (Sony PlayStation), Resident Evil 4 (Nintendo GameCube), Dino Crisis 2 (Sony PlayStation), ObScure (Sony PlayStation 2) and Virtua Cop (Sega Saturn).
When it's all done, I will create a Poll again about "Which Longplay shall I do next?" and add more different video games (which were requested by my Subscribers) back into that Poll. I will let the voting and decision to my Subscribers again. 😊👍🏻

"The Mercenaries - Operation: Mad Jackal" is an unlockable minigame in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis which you unlock by completing the main game once. It follows the three Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (U.B.C.S.) soldiers from the story throughout Raccoon City as they kill zombies and other creatures for points.
This mini-game plays vey similarly to the Resident Evil 2 mini-game, The 4th Survivor with a few new features added in. The player has a choice of playing as one of three characters: Carlos Oliveira; Mikhail Victor; or Nikolai Zinoviev.
The premise of the mini-game is that police chief Brian Irons has implanted a bomb in the chosen mercenary, and the player initially has two minutes to get from the Cable Car to the Warehouse Save Room. Thankfully, more time is granted for each creature killed along the way. Additionally, there are several people scattered through the level that are about to be killed when the player gets to them. If they are saved, they drop an item and more time is added to the player's timer.
The Nemesis-T Type appears several times as the player tries to make it to the end, although only in his first and second form. Killing Nemesis grants a huge time bonus.
When the player completes the game or dies they are given a grade and a monetary reward. The money can be saved up to buy four different items to use in the main game: an M4A1 Assault Rifle with infinite ammunition, a Gatling Gun with infinite ammunition, a M66 Rocket Launcher with infinite ammunition, or Infinite Ammunition for every weapon in the game.
