4,500 years ago?? Try over 39,000 years ago! Read the book "Ancient Egypt 39,000BCE, The History, Technology and Philosophy of Civilization X" by Edward F. Malkowski. He makes very compelling arguments that the Egyptians we know didn't build them. Lot's of pictures of many cut marks and other proof, especially in the quarries where the stones and monuments were cut.
