Huge foreign orders are also under way. And these will all be done by or before 2035. AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ABOUT OUR PLANS FOR THE INDIAN NAVY AND INDIAN AIRFORCE. Well, in case of artilleries and rocket projectors, generation doesn't matter much. Apart from the quality of weapons, you should also look at how well trained the armed personnel are coz you won't get mineral water in the middle of a conflict (the US navy brought mineral water for soldiers during war exercise and I don't expect much from the UK as it is a Vassal state of the US) Also the quality of weapons are not the only criteria coz the Ukraine doesn't have any modern tank or IFVs but still they somehow managed to survive this war. Also the invasion requires atleast 3 times more infantry and weapons with the air superiority but I think that Russia has sent around 150-300k of its soldiers whereas Ukraine was standing with millions of soldiers and armed civilians. Despite having this big force, Ukraine opted for guerrilla warfare just like Vietnam which made it nearly impossible for the Russian forces to penetrate. I would still say that Russia is an extremely powerful nation but because of bad tactics and planning it had to retreat. From what I know is that in 1971, India destroyed many of the so called world's most powerful tanks which were sold to Pakistan by the US. India destroyed those tanks using Soviet made tanks. Other than tanks, India also destroyed the world's most powerful Diesel submarine given by the us to Pakistan in the same war. Even if you say that the quality matters but still 200 tanks can't confront 4,000 tanks even if they're the best tanks of all time. 4,000 tanks can easily decimate such small regiments in a direct confrontation.
