Bruh its 2021 , EA stopped tinkering with payback 2 years ago , in 2019 they removed all of the abandoned cars , each of these was available for 1 week , then GONE!
If you want them legit, no luck since the event for them ended but there might be some exploit to still get them, wouldn’t be sure how the exploit would work though.

this was an event - you can't get these cars anymore. you can try to recreate them, but they probably won't be 100% accurate.
