College / earlier 20s was when i had the most game. It was also just easier in general because most people want to and are open to meeting new people in college making it easier to approach and start conversation.

Most of the time the woman is in the fighter jet seat it's the most graceless approach ever witnessed. Your saving grace is that you're rarely in this position as most women are deathly terrified of rejection or don't even have to bother because the guy will make the move for them. You do see it though usually with very young women throwing themselves at guys WAY out of their league that would never initiate themselves, you'll see at least one if you're paying attention when you're out on the town. Always comedy gold.

I have always done the best with women when I didn't give a "f" or thought I had no chance at all with them and didn't care what they thought about what I said or did. By no means am I saying that worked every time. Just saying it worked more often than when I was actually trying to impress them. I think that was a confidence thing on my part more than anything. I was more confident in myself when I wasn't actually hoping to hook up with them. Two exceptions to this rule. One I can explain, the other there is no logical reason for. I am a Long Island boy. If my friends and I went into Brooklyn when we were younger back in the 70's and 80's it was like shooting fish in a barrel. Back in the day there seemed to have been a thing that every young Italian Brooklyn Girl wanted a "rich" Long Island boy to marry. Now we were far from rich but who was I to tell them that? LOL. The other exception that I can't explain for the life of me was whenever I went into Connecticut I did extremely well with women. None of my friends. Just me. honestly its just getting comfortable and at that point the best game is no game. sure you can do the pickup artist things if you want to get laid but if ur in it for the long run youre just creating false expectations. the hardest part for most guys is taking genuine aspects of our personality and making it likeable. and the only reason why women dont have to do it in the first place is our own fault bc we're not picky.

She doesn't realize that if he didn't have that success, she probably wouldn't be with him, let alone if he didn't have a job. That's his point. He's got a financially comfortable lifestyle, probably pays for most of the expenses of the household, and that's *very* attractive to 99% of women. Including more frugal women, hippies, etc. Without him having that financial security, he would be single, or certainly not with a wife as beautiful as her.
And yes, he's very correct. This is how dating is for dudes. It can be summed up by : jumping through hoops. It's proving ourselves by impressing, reassuring, being supportive, not being emotional, etc. It's riding a couple of blurred lines, we don't know how much is not enough and how much is too much. And it varies from woman to woman.

Approaching women is HARD , because they socially have to PLAY hard to get , wether it's the fear of being socially devalued if too easy to attain , wether it's justified hassle of being ht on all the time , social judgement from their female friends , so , constant shallow , virtual rejection is like a wall you have to punch through ....Until you finally get to live with one and "decrystallise " women's "perfection" , plus with experience you realise how there's no square blueprint , in the sense that some look like they hit on you but actually hate your guts , and others look like they wanna murder you whereas they actually crave to be with you .....After years of wasted energy trying to "get how it works " , whole nights stressing out about having to not fuck up your next move ( which 99% of the times do make you fuck it up in the end ) you give up totally on the whole ordeal and start to don't give a damn anymore , you start to be yourself , like take it or leave it , and then it get frustratingly easy ...that epiphany that kind of opens up the world for you of realising nothing should be that important can happen early for some guys , or later depending on circumstances ...weirdly that approach stress can have resurgences later too , when you're tired or you're unconfident for some reasons ....
What it is. You woman have all the power. A guy can be out and see a beautiful woman, and then finally get up the courage to go and talk to her. And no matter what line he uses. You all already have in your mind, your head made up, that you either do or don't like the guy. So If you don't, you just turn around and say.. "Ahh hell no". And yes I speak from experience. And then the guy goes back feeling like sh@t.

Nia, you have to remember that women and men are socialized differently. Women over the years, have been socialized not to express their sexuality. Women were socialized to view sexuality as negative regarding arousal and initiating. This was compounded by the double standards as crafted by men as related to a woman's versus a man "reputation". Today's women are to not only able to initiate a sexual encounter, but can dictate to men their preference.....It's refreshing when a woman is direct in what she wants....and it takes some of the guess work out for men...

from my experience fom the 70s and 8os it was easier for men. Teens and 20s was easy .you could look in a womans eye and know if they were interested. But as i got older there seem to be a song and dance you had to go through.
Yes girls can be really difficult to talk to. But if a guy gets even the slightest hint of interest they will keep at it so it can be good thing I'm sure.
