I'm playing on Iron Man+ mode. That's where the game constantly crashes mid-battle and the autosaves are usually corrupted. It really keeps me on my toes, and I'm not even playing in Iron Man mode!
Looks a lot like the first one. I wonder if the numbers are fudged like in that one, too. If I remember, they copped to not putting some modifiers into the percentages they show you, so a 90% shot is really a 65.

all your soldiers are in flanked cover, thats why you are finding it hard.

You can set waypoints with CTRL to move around acid, fire, etc.

Great game but it runs like total shit and is full of bugs. Recommend waiting a couple weeks.
Wait for couple of years. Firaxis has not fixed most of the bugs from EU and EW yet.
