My brain can't wrap around this. I think I need a system that is ready for clock parts.

Maybe if I had taken metal shop instead of woodworking shop in high school.

I think the whole thing that you need to know is the collets arent made for clock parts as they dont open enough so that is why I am modifying it to add the Jacobs chuck.

I think that you will be ok once you had one in your hands. I have seen you repair clocks that my brain cant wrap around and I took 3 years of drafting, machine shop and woodshop. So dont cut yourself down ever again. Thanks for watching.
