Dang! You make that look easy - but I'm sure you put an insane amount of time into thinking/planning/failing. (Not to mention filming/editing.) Wow, blew my socks off!
You put a water line along the floor of an exterior wall. Any issues with freezing? I really like this idea! Just need to add a lil sink above the toilet for a truly All -n -one bath!
Fair point. I have 350+ videos and 20 million views and this is the first complaint of this nature. Watching it again, you are right though. I think it was that I was shooting a tall thin project in landscape video mode. I did not want to zoom out and show the rest of my messy shop 😁
Amazon sells waterproof toilet paper holders, where the toilet paper roll would be inside a water sealed enclosure. That type of toilet paper holder also prevents cats from pulling on the toilet paper roll. I'm also considering installing a shower inside my toilet enclosure, but I plan to cover the entire enclosure with water sealed grouted tile and having the shower head be lower at arm's length when sitting on the toilet. There would also be a shower head holder up high for persons wanting to stand while showering.
@@Bababui69 So the shower water enters the waste pipe under the toilet through the toilet flange? But then where is the trap? Toilets have an internal trap which means there must be another trap in the line somewhere, which implies there are then two traps for the toilet waste. I see trouble ahead unclogging it.

Definitely one of your more unique "How To's"! Fun video!
That's gotta be the the most liberating feeling in the world, to take a shit and a shower at the same time
I wondered how long it would take someone to figure out the real reason I built it that way 😂
Hahaaaaa !
I love this. Great work
Well done!!!!👍
nice video and idea, thanks
You are so crafty man so cool
It looks like a very good use of space but I would worry about having to remove any drain clogs in the future.
The shower drain cover can be removed so the drain can be cleaned
This is some fearless redneckery
EVERYTHINGisincloseupshotsliketryingtoreadthissentence. Need wider shots. Otherwise, your workmanship is brilliant.

Like it. What else could you have done instead of the foam on the floor ?
was thinking the same thing, the foam looks atrocious.
Where do you put the toilet paper?
You don't need it now haha
I keep it on the back of the toilet and have to set it outside to shower

I presume best practice is to make sure the drains don't leak before cementing/sealing.
Yes, but PVC joints rarely leak, especially when encased in concrete. At most, they might drip a little into the pea gravel. No big deal.
New friend Goodluck, full support GODBLESS
Yes, but why not set it up so you can use both at the same time?
You can.
Will the water from the shower damage / erode the concrete floor?
No. Public showers often have concrete floors.
How is that working out?
Really well! I have used the toilet. I have not taken a shower in there yet, but had the water running for over 10 minutes, no problem.
I'm confused. How does the shower water drain away? Looks like the toilet seals the pipe.
I would assume there is at least a 15 degree pitch.

Watch the video again. I put the toilet flange in back and the little floor drain in front, with the trap under it in the newly poured concrete.
@@HowToLou Thanks! That explains it perfectly.
As a arab this is great
Impressive
