I'm a Hong Konger living and working in Australia and I just came back from a 1 month holiday in Hong Kong. I couldn't go back for 4 years because of covid and job situations, and my entire family is immigrating to Australia soon, so it was kinda the last chance for me to enjoy the city before god knows when I can go back. I've been back for a week and I'm already missing everything about it. I hope you enjoy the city as much as I do. It's fast and loud and tiny and crowded but it's also full of charm. The people can be rude, especially in the hospitality industry but don't take it personally haha.

You’ll have to get used to walking a lot in hk! It’s pretty convenient for everything to be in close proximity but also super tiring lol. Also hiking is a popular pastime for hk-ers too
