Worst printer I ever owned. The tray width is too small for letter size, causing constant jams. The wifi module is dysfunctional. It's junk. Avoid at all costs.
We have had NOTHING but ISSUES connecting to WiFi. When the power goes out even momentarily, we have to start it all over again. And spend hours doing so. Sick of this nonsense. They won't help (Samsung) unless you pay them now! Isn't that something?? Is why I'll NEVER touch another one again!
after tonight and today waste my time , around five hour , read the official samsung website and another youtube videos ( ten min or more, in portuguese, in english , in spanish XD) , your video in two minutes is the best for me, thanks very much , i resolved my problem in two minutes jejeje
I have this same printer 🖨 very easy setup for wifi. Unfortunately for the past 2 years my printer will not connect via wifi. It's a shame as it's an amazing printer 🖨 the drivers are updated as well. I've been using the same procedure as you from the day I took it out of the box. Like I said, it's an easy setup. Still will not connect.
Please help, the wifi settings is not showing up in the menu :( Somehow it got disconnected, and now the wifi settings are not visible, just wifi on/off, WPS, wifi direct, etc.
i WOULD Guess that your Password is Wrong! or You can Reboot your Router and Start Over, that works sometimes. /// We have the symbol $ sign in our password, and SAMSUNG dos not support this Character in the WPA Key (that is where you enter your router password), Dumb Samsung Programmers!!!!
@@LisuFriends Ow It didn't com to my mind! Then I will drill a hole to printer, and put in a connector, where I can plug the cable... The printer does not have RJ45 connector...

Its catastrophic how Samsumg messed up the whole connection process. Without giving a decent hint how to that.

Mine doesn't connect to wifi. The blue light flickers but shuts off and the screen keeps saying "disconnected." Peace of juuunk

It might say wps or something like that try that
