pretty much every stat benefits from track knowledge but 9 weights, specifically 9 9 stats (mecha sonic) especially benefits from track knowledge as you need to be fearless in your turns and use brake when ever necessary. And by fearless I mean by turning ultra hard in corners and never ever turning away from corners.
