It's a grind fest every 6 weeks, the content is bugged like hell, i mean you have to be gobbling down Once Human dik so hard that the cum is blocking your view. The only new content we get are loot crates.
The prismverse clash scenario is scuffed. Rosetta heavily out number mayfly on my server. every crisis event that I show up to is 5 rosetta to 1 mayfly ratio. I have not been able to get a single daily controller from the events since the server opened. It is 800 prism energy for mafly and 7980 for Rosetta. This scenario is broken beyond repair, I can't even continue the main quest due to the inability to secure a prism deviation outside of fishing or mining silver (which is an extremely rare drop chance). I like PVP content as long as it is balanced to a certain degree which enables a fighting chance. I am ready for the new PVE scenario until they fix the prism verses clash scenario.
Man i hear you. I am not a pvp player so i didnt expect any highlight real material from my performance, but i also expected to have a real battle. But to show up to events and just get slaughtered because the spawns are scuffed and people are exploiting, i just cant be bothered to participate.

on my server, in dig to hell, inside deep down the cave where deviant spawns after you kill the elite, behind the chest Top 3 players are able to build a securement unit inside the cave itself. if you go up and look for their base, it does not exist like its invisible
We joined with a friend to the prism server on Sunday (close to end of week 1). Farmed out the bp fragments from the towns,did the journeys,season goals,purification (transfered from ehernalland) and got a nice chunk of starchroms. Leveling is fast and at least on our server pvp is not that often,so we didn't strugle so far. It's a fast little season to do something until the winter scenario. Didn't wanted to grind on another manibus server. I find it fun and engaging as a casual player,who plays at night when the kids are sleeping 😅😊
Yea I can understand both sides but I feel like people don’t just enjoy it for just the casual fun. I’m just doing what the scenario offers and having fun doing random pvp and getting starchrom. Everyone is trying to meta everything and forget what it’s supposed to be: *fun*
There are folks who consider achievement to be fun. I'm already going to collect every riddle and stronghold bp on the map. It's not fun, it's required for me. Fun is the season mechanic x and Prismverse clash is not fun.
It's the only game I personally have played that openly says they will Ban you for something they created. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing whatever they don't want in game they threaten their users with Bans if they use whatever so called exploit. Lmao. I have seen so many games, especially starting out needing to fix things because of what we, the community, find. That's part of starting a big MMO..your community/ player base will help you learn detailed information about possible so called exploits..this is a good thing and gives you the opportunity to fix or repair the situation. But NOO...fuq that. We(the devs) are going to threaten you! Again, they are way too focused on cosmetics and stupid shit. I quit this game roughly a week ago due to them threatening their PvP player base over something they should be happy the PvP community learned for them. I played on Pve but found their open statement regarding banning these players completely nuts, ludicrous. Besides that I was already on my way out anyhow due to the game was beginning to bore me. The cosmetics suck, too much WOKE looking crap. Supposed to be some kind of post apocalypse theme game with teddy bears and rainbows running around. The game wreaks of some kind of self entitled people's and or ideals behind the developers. I'm good. Regarding your video and the points you make I too agree with you. Pretty much nailed it. My number one gripe is with how outrageous the cosmetic prices are. This game has so much potential unfortunately the way cosmetics are done is counterproductive and dangerously pushing players out with their outrageous gambling system. I'm sincerely hoping Starry Night can consider revamping the paid cosmetics and make it much more friendly and generous to players.
The game will be dead soon if they keep this cosmetic shop, crates, gambling mess! Nothing to farm for in end game except mods.. this is not what we need. This will not keep players online. I have tried to go on discord and where ever I could and used the sugest option.. but maybe if more ppl do it.. just maybe.. they will do something...
One of yea they ruined the incentives. It was confirmed by a staff member on reddit that the loot boxes are made like that on purpose and the developers have planned to drag out at least a 3-month period of people grinding marks to try to complete at least one of the outfits. However by your math it's actually much worse than that. The constantly running the mill, starting over to do the same content, PVP is unplayable and unrewarding, and the prism deviations that they're focus on are deviations people don't even use. There's also no significant difference between getting a shining deviation and a regular one that's a high rank. There's just too many layers of waste your time built into the mechanic of this game.
I see you're in x0004 like myself. I agree with a lot of your points, I really just wish the lag would be addressed. Trying to secure the Berserkersaurus last night was absolute insanity with the lag, people glitching their cars under bases, it was pure chaos. Even with everything you mentioned, the thing that kills me the most is the lag. How can you PvP, when the hit registration is literally 1-2 seconds after you've shot, if you're lucky, sometimes it's higher than that.
Brother since season one the lag has been a problem. I don't know if you're like me, but every time I see a new loot crate but the lag hasn't been fixed or even assessed I start to think that they don't care about the lag. We can't say they aren't getting money, we've both seen the nukbwr of speedy wings and pyroglides that show up to these PvP wars, so where is it going? Prime wars were a mess, and now these events are worse. Operation Chiron isl practically unplayable when every shows up.
@@GAMINGRedhanded I will say, last season, prime wars, did improve SLIGHTLY... it went from completely unplayable, just hardly playable. That can slide for a LITTLE bit (shouldn't have made it out of CBT(1-3) with those issues) for PvE... For PvP, it's literally unplayable. You never know if your hits will reg before all of their shots just smack you all at once. From what I am experiencing, it seems that the hardware that they're hosting these servers are hosting on, the CPU's are completely overwhelmed with requests and cannot keep up. It's almost like they're using low powered AWS vm's to run their dedicated servers. Both their cpu(s) and disk drives need to upgraded across the board on their servers to be able to handle all the requests in a timely manner. They should hire me to do their DevOps xD

You’re so right about the lootboxes shit they need to stop doing that I know it’s not the best comparison because how expensive the skins/outfits are, but look at the first descendant they put them up at the shop and u buy the skin/outfit u want, not pay for a chance at getting it from a lootbox filled with garbage. it’s sad because the game has good potential but if it keeps going that route itll be dead in no time. some servers are almost dead already

Honestly, I love the open world pvp, hate everything else… the pvp meta is fishing… that should say it all… make the prism deviants spawn in towns every 15-30 mins around the map and have people fight for them. Add the public events deviants as well but shouldn’t be the only source

It wouldn't let me open two gold i opend my gold yesterday I attempted to open a second gold and it wouldn't let me now I walk up to q purple one and it would let me open that one so it's bugged or u can't open two gold per phase
I knew there was a reason I didn't want to bother with this. The fact that they have 'layered lootcrates' where you have to open a crate for a CHANCE to get another crate with a CHANCE of gear with a CHANCE of duplicates is WILD to me. The percentages on the items in the basic crates was something like 0.07%... what's the odds of getting something specific with this setup, almost zero? I keep saying what they need to do instead of lootcrates is to just sell everything directly. Make an in game, RL money based currency, then sell cosmetics and other items with a set price for those things. So, for example, they could say a full cosmetic set costs $15 worth of currency, and each part is whatever fraction; if the set has 6 parts, divide the cost by 6. Then let people pay that amount. Get rid of the 'you either buy too much or too little' currency packs, and let people just buy what they want. They could make plenty of money like that, without the gambling, the FOMO and the shifty feeling practices. And instead they go for this pattern.
That crate set me off. I really wanted the Rosetta faction outfit and the fact that I have to gamble for it is already absurd, top it off with the fact that the loot crate is layered. My first 2 legacy of conflict crates gave me barreled premium fuel. Why would anyone enjoy this system?
Ive been saying this, this is why there needs to be a gamesmaster in every server a dev or a OH employee. So they can experience these things too and see how they failed. Its disappointing how we waited for this but it seems that what they did was just re arranged the locations of ores etc. The mayfly zone has an island at the bottom right of the map they can ezly abuse that spot because people will need to swim to go there, means they are ez targets. Seriously they need a real gamer OH employee to play this game everyday and not those ladies that just love collecting cute things, its not gonna do anything.

...when 2 weeks before the release of the scenario I said it will be a mess, I was awaiting some weird power-play pvp bullshit... But I am actually amazed how messed up the scenario is in reality. Btw, just for laughts: game journalists made some articles about "what to do in Prismverse scenario to be on top", and each one I've seen has a top-3 tip: "Do the main quest to level up quickly".
The majority of servers are a mess in terms of faction counts; there is no threshold or restriction per faction, for ex. Assume Rosetta reaches 1000 players; you have no choice but to choose Mayfly to balance the game. My hunch is that they've just released this Prismverse scenario for PVP and encouraged PVE players to try it in order to BUY TIME finishing up for the big update on The Way of Winter scenario; after all, its just a 19-day scenario.
So what I'm hearing is it's all about prismverse. Kind of expected. Isn't this basically the first of this type of event they're doing? They've been taking a lot of chances on doing many new things within the genre I haven't seen other devs do, which is why I'm generally giving the devs a lot of grace when it comes to doing scuffed stuff like this. The real test is how much they listen to the playerbase and improve for the next PvP scenario. I've got some criticism for the devs, mainly that I abhor gacha lootcrates. I'm also pretty sure that if they lower the price for most of the cash shop stuff they'd earn more by volume, and completely do away with gacha crates. There's also some graphical glitches that appeared about a week ago with a patch, which I'm really hoping they'll fix as they can be very glaring. Hopefully they'll listen to the players and nix the gacha, improve the future scenarios and learn from the mistakes made. I really like this game and hope they don't drunk-drive it into a ditch with bad decisions.
I hope so too. Willing to give them a lot of leeway because they did do a lot of things right. However the emphasis on the loot rates is the biggest concern. Ikn poking forward to way of winter. They release a lot of surveys and in hoping to see they implemented the feedback they have been receiving.

You can’t join a server on phase 5 or 6. They limited how late you can join a server. I think it’s 10 days but latest updates said they were going to move that to 14 days iirc. So you can’t join a server that’s older than 14 days, regardless of invite codes
21:10 what my server does is instead of giving the players permission to use their base, they take it from them. They pressure the guy into giving it to them. Thats why the top 1 in my server has 500 points top 2 has 300 top 3 has 200 top 4 has 100 then the rest are 50 30 10. Lmao. I stopped caring after that. And btw, the top 3 are in the same hive
It's so friggen annoying. They said it's fine if you are pve and play but in reality you aren't geared properly, you can't catch up with the people with level 3+ weapons since you are poorly spec'd for PVP. They one shot you. On my server the Rosetta are camping out all the teleporters so you can't even do the Monoliths. It's so fracken boring when you get 1 shot after spawning into an event and literally can't even move
When phase 2 started, folks were indeed camping teleporters and settlements, there are also situations where people have bases with nutcrackers right beside teleporters so you get killed instantly when you teleport in. It all needs to be looked at and balanced.
even if they made the spawn points diff anyone would find out which one is which and still spawn camp it. What they needed to do is make many spawn points in that area at random for each faction so it's harder to spawn camp.
They need to make them spawn in random towns at random locations every 15-30 mins, the refresh timer on the map should be a lot quicker. Open world pvp feels great in small teams or 1v1 the massive group play at the events is awful
On PvP server because I originally thought it was the better play than sitting around and waiting for Oct 17. However with the ability to leave being added , I would've gone to a PvP server if they made that known early on. As for the resolution, I record in 1440p.

I tried this scenario with my alt to see if it will be worth playing it with my main and now im happy that I didnt. Its kinda of mess, rewards are poor, roseta dominates in all areas and trying to raid securing base feels pointless .. only thing I found to do was build a well foortified honeycome base to trool with ppl but thats about all fun I had in it ..
On my server it seems all the pvp players went mayfly so there camping all the locations that give you platinum crystal to block the pve players from getting gear better then tier 3 gear not to mention the lag we delta with for a full 2 hours securing beserk rex

It should just be cosmetic outfits from the draw not shitty items. Also the fact you cant purchase the exact amount of credits you want instead of a dollar amount like $10-20 etc is garbage. So the rules are You have 11 days after signing up to join, however this new scenario has different timeframes, the first week is 5 days, the second phase is 7 days and the last phase is 5 days. So i waited 5 days before joining this one.
@@panzerswineflu So think of the sign up process as a reservation system. its main function was to allow players to reserve their spot to play with the friends. When the 11 days are up, you dont lose the ability to join the server, you lose your guaranteed spot. All this means it, if the server is FULL and you signed up, if you wait 12 days you will give up your spot so ANYONE can now take it. You can still join, you just will no longer be guaranteed that spot because you signed up.

Concurrent player numbers are very impressive indeed, this is BS. While there are lag issues and players complain about lightforge, it’s still a fantastic game and it all hinges on the new way of winter scenario imo.
Yall can talk all you want. Once Human has it's flaws or weird ways of doing some things, but thinking back to World of War Warcraft days and the mega grinds people went through to get high tier weapons and gear this is nothing. So, yeah, you can get a reward loot box that has loot in it including a special loot box you get to roll the dice on opening and see what you get. The gameplay is quite good, but the learning curve is steeper than say starfield or No Man's Sky. Hell a lot steeper because there's a lot you have to figure out on your own. Games that refresh about ever 6 weeks are interesting because I get bored with every game in 4-6 weeks or less, but this one I'm 3 weeks in and still learning and have lots to do. I don't get into these style pvp games. Been gaming over 40 years and unless it's a game like COD or Fortnite designed just for pvp they always end up a mess. Group of 5-10 friends can dominate when playing together. There's a lot of RNG loot drops and specs that you might not get. Someone's always going to be butthurt because there isn't a forced balanced pvp system. PVP players get the most butthurt and become toxic in games like this so expect it or avoid the pvp servers.
I'm an old man friend, My first MMORPGs was everquest 1. I am not a PvPer. I am a former hardcore raid tank. From Eq 1, 2, WoW all the way to Ff14, and everything in between. I used to set my alarm to wake up at 3AM so we could tag world bosses. I understand grind on a fundamental level. I love the grind. There is no grind here. All manor of progression is purchased with starchrom and inevitable. The only thing that comes close to a grind are amor and weapon mods and those are gated by controllers. What they are doing with the faction costume is not a grind akin to anything you'd see back in the day of hardcore raids and DKP points. It's just foolishness.

I have 269 controllers last I checked because I started a few weeks ago and have just been clearing areas and doing the quest. I'm 50 and still haven't done half the quest. I learned farming and growing what I need for buff food and drink. Still learning to get the best. I've moved to Blackwell and can now farm barreled oil and Acid along with testing growing deviated crops for better buff foods. Just learning where to catch the best fish for buff foods and may try my hand at taming animals and ranching for even better buff foods and cool pets. When I get bored I go farm weapon and gear chest and do quest I haven't done. Base is built so I can purify weekly. missed that the first 2 weeks because I thought it was just more of an end game thing. My server is done in 3 weeks and we'll be in a new cold area learning to survive there for 7 weeks I think. Problem is the New COD is about to drop the end of this month so I'll be spending time there grinding camos, guns and mods lol. The skins in Once human suck. I have some basic camo skins I wear and don't care for all the Asian style outfits.

You don't even know what that box is. But you came prepared with that same foolish argument people like to make when it comes time to defend lootboxes. Nobody is complaining about price. That box is the seasonal reward and the method they choose to distribute the faction costume. If they were upfront and made it clear that you not only has to gamble for the costume, it was available outside of the Prismverse clash a lotmless people would've played this scenario. Instead they recieved the community by presenting those costumes as the prize you would get for participating in the accelerated season and picking a faction.

This game has so much potential unfortunately the way cosmetics are done is counterproductive and dangerously pushing players out with their outrageous gambling system. I'm sincerely hoping Starry Night can consider revamping the paid cosmetics and make it much more friendly and generous to players.
The game will be dead soon if they keep this cosmetic shop, crates, gambling mess! Nothing to farm for in end game except mods.. this is not what we need. This will not keep players online. I have tried to go on discord and where ever I could and used the sugest option.. but maybe if more ppl do it.. just maybe.. they will do something...
One of yea they ruined the incentives. It was confirmed by a staff member on reddit that the loot boxes are made like that on purpose and the developers have planned to drag out at least a 3-month period of people grinding marks to try to complete at least one of the outfits. However by your math it's actually much worse than that. The constantly running the mill, starting over to do the same content, PVP is unplayable and unrewarding, and the prism deviations that they're focus on are deviations people don't even use. There's also no significant difference between getting a shining deviation and a regular one that's a high rank. There's just too many layers of waste your time built into the mechanic of this game.
I see you're in x0004 like myself. I agree with a lot of your points, I really just wish the lag would be addressed. Trying to secure the Berserkersaurus last night was absolute insanity with the lag, people glitching their cars under bases, it was pure chaos. Even with everything you mentioned, the thing that kills me the most is the lag. How can you PvP, when the hit registration is literally 1-2 seconds after you've shot, if you're lucky, sometimes it's higher than that.
Brother since season one the lag has been a problem. I don't know if you're like me, but every time I see a new loot crate but the lag hasn't been fixed or even assessed I start to think that they don't care about the lag.
We can't say they aren't getting money, we've both seen the nukbwr of speedy wings and pyroglides that show up to these PvP wars, so where is it going?
Prime wars were a mess, and now these events are worse. Operation Chiron isl practically unplayable when every shows up.
@@GAMINGRedhanded I will say, last season, prime wars, did improve SLIGHTLY... it went from completely unplayable, just hardly playable. That can slide for a LITTLE bit (shouldn't have made it out of CBT(1-3) with those issues) for PvE... For PvP, it's literally unplayable. You never know if your hits will reg before all of their shots just smack you all at once.
From what I am experiencing, it seems that the hardware that they're hosting these servers are hosting on, the CPU's are completely overwhelmed with requests and cannot keep up. It's almost like they're using low powered AWS vm's to run their dedicated servers.
Both their cpu(s) and disk drives need to upgraded across the board on their servers to be able to handle all the requests in a timely manner.
They should hire me to do their DevOps xD

You’re so right about the lootboxes shit they need to stop doing that I know it’s not the best comparison because how expensive the skins/outfits are, but look at the first descendant they put them up at the shop and u buy the skin/outfit u want, not pay for a chance at getting it from a lootbox filled with garbage.

Honestly, I love the open world pvp, hate everything else… the pvp meta is fishing… that should say it all… make the prism deviants spawn in towns every 15-30 mins around the map and have people fight for them. Add the public events deviants as well but shouldn’t be the only source

It wouldn't let me open two gold i opend my gold yesterday I attempted to open a second gold and it wouldn't let me now I walk up to q purple one and it would let me open that one so it's bugged or u can't open two gold per phase
I would not be surprised if there is a hidden rule that says you can only open 1 gold.
I knew there was a reason I didn't want to bother with this. The fact that they have 'layered lootcrates' where you have to open a crate for a CHANCE to get another crate with a CHANCE of gear with a CHANCE of duplicates is WILD to me. The percentages on the items in the basic crates was something like 0.07%... what's the odds of getting something specific with this setup, almost zero?
I keep saying what they need to do instead of lootcrates is to just sell everything directly. Make an in game, RL money based currency, then sell cosmetics and other items with a set price for those things. So, for example, they could say a full cosmetic set costs $15 worth of currency, and each part is whatever fraction; if the set has 6 parts, divide the cost by 6. Then let people pay that amount. Get rid of the 'you either buy too much or too little' currency packs, and let people just buy what they want. They could make plenty of money like that, without the gambling, the FOMO and the shifty feeling practices. And instead they go for this pattern.
That crate set me off. I really wanted the Rosetta faction outfit and the fact that I have to gamble for it is already absurd, top it off with the fact that the loot crate is layered.
My first 2 legacy of conflict crates gave me barreled premium fuel. Why would anyone enjoy this system?
Ive been saying this, this is why there needs to be a gamesmaster in every server a dev or a OH employee. So they can experience these things too and see how they failed. Its disappointing how we waited for this but it seems that what they did was just re arranged the locations of ores etc. The mayfly zone has an island at the bottom right of the map they can ezly abuse that spot because people will need to swim to go there, means they are ez targets. Seriously they need a real gamer OH employee to play this game everyday and not those ladies that just love collecting cute things, its not gonna do anything.

...when 2 weeks before the release of the scenario I said it will be a mess, I was awaiting some weird power-play pvp bullshit... But I am actually amazed how messed up the scenario is in reality.
Btw, just for laughts: game journalists made some articles about "what to do in Prismverse scenario to be on top", and each one I've seen has a top-3 tip: "Do the main quest to level up quickly".
Yeah tells you that most of them are just farming views, they arent actually playing the game.
The majority of servers are a mess in terms of faction counts; there is no threshold or restriction per faction, for ex. Assume Rosetta reaches 1000 players; you have no choice but to choose Mayfly to balance the game. My hunch is that they've just released this Prismverse scenario for PVP and encouraged PVE players to try it in order to BUY TIME finishing up for the big update on The Way of Winter scenario; after all, its just a 19-day scenario.
100% This scenario is so clearly not finished. I agree it is only here to try and placate pve players until oct 17.
So what I'm hearing is it's all about prismverse. Kind of expected. Isn't this basically the first of this type of event they're doing? They've been taking a lot of chances on doing many new things within the genre I haven't seen other devs do, which is why I'm generally giving the devs a lot of grace when it comes to doing scuffed stuff like this.
The real test is how much they listen to the playerbase and improve for the next PvP scenario.
I've got some criticism for the devs, mainly that I abhor gacha lootcrates. I'm also pretty sure that if they lower the price for most of the cash shop stuff they'd earn more by volume, and completely do away with gacha crates.
There's also some graphical glitches that appeared about a week ago with a patch, which I'm really hoping they'll fix as they can be very glaring.
Hopefully they'll listen to the players and nix the gacha, improve the future scenarios and learn from the mistakes made. I really like this game and hope they don't drunk-drive it into a ditch with bad decisions.
I hope so too. Willing to give them a lot of leeway because they did do a lot of things right. However the emphasis on the loot rates is the biggest concern.

You can’t join a server on phase 5 or 6.
They limited how late you can join a server. I think it’s 10 days but latest updates said they were going to move that to 14 days iirc.
So you can’t join a server that’s older than 14 days, regardless of invite codes
21:10 what my server does is instead of giving the players permission to use their base, they take it from them. They pressure the guy into giving it to them. Thats why the top 1 in my server has 500 points top 2 has 300 top 3 has 200 top 4 has 100 then the rest are 50 30 10. Lmao. I stopped caring after that. And btw, the top 3 are in the same hive

It's so friggen annoying. They said it's fine if you are pve and play but in reality you aren't geared properly, you can't catch up with the people with level 3+ weapons since you are poorly spec'd for PVP. They one shot you. On my server the Rosetta are camping out all the teleporters so you can't even do the Monoliths. It's so fracken boring when you get 1 shot after spawning into an event and literally can't even move
When phase 2 started, folks were indeed camping teleporters and settlements, there are also situations where people have bases with nutcrackers right beside teleporters so you get killed instantly when you teleport in. It all needs to be looked at and balanced.
even if they made the spawn points diff anyone would find out which one is which and still spawn camp it. What they needed to do is make many spawn points in that area at random for each faction so it's harder to spawn camp.
They need to make them spawn in random towns at random locations every 15-30 mins, the refresh timer on the map should be a lot quicker. Open world pvp feels great in small teams or 1v1 the massive group play at the events is awful
Or even simpler make everyone immune to damage until they act.

On PvP server because I originally thought it was the better play than sitting around and waiting for Oct 17. However with the ability to leave being added , I would've gone to a PvP server if they made that known early on.
As for the resolution, I record in 1440p.

if the camp sites are "Glitched" in to a spot where you can't build them normally, just report them, they do BAN the glitchers and exploiters for that reason. and don't think of it as "i'm not a rat", if you want to exploit you can sure as hell that i'm reporting your arses, if you can't play a game like its meant to be played then don't play it.
edited: You are totally correct they are killing their game with lootbox'es and time gating your level experience. if i was not someone that "likes" to farm for stuff like Build/furniture BP i would not even login into the game. and the nutcracker reward is a freaking lv1, utter USELESS.

I tried this scenario with my alt to see if it will be worth playing it with my main and now im happy that I didnt. Its kinda of mess, rewards are poor, roseta dominates in all areas and trying to raid securing base feels pointless .. only thing I found to do was build a well foortified honeycome base to trool with ppl but thats about all fun I had in it ..
On my server it seems all the pvp players went mayfly so there camping all the locations that give you platinum crystal to block the pve players from getting gear better then tier 3 gear not to mention the lag we delta with for a full 2 hours securing beserk rex
U can do base purification also that's 12k starchrom
So I was only counting the actual unique rewards since purification can be done once a week regardless of where you are.
Yeah i don't pvp in any game so I can't comment on that. But the lootcrates are yikes. As someone said let us just outright but the cosmetic we want. Thats exactly ehat i would do, oh theres an outfit i want, okay here let me just outright buy it. I get that the lootboxes make more money and is more profitable because gambling addoction, but if they want to go that eay take out the shit like premium fuel and activators. It should just be cosmetic outfits from the draw not shitty items.
Also the fact you cant purchase the exact amount of credits you want instead of a dollar amount like $10-20 etc is garbage.
But conan exiles did a battlepass and store thing as well, no loot crates but they do jave fomo rotating items. Simply because they sold their DLC on the steam store and it lost profit because it was a 1 time buy.

The enitre scenrio there was nothing really to do already, and now the one exciting thing that could happen with the CW was gone. These devs really keep fumbling amazing ideas. So the rules are You have 11 days after signing up to join, however this new scenario has different timeframes, the first week is 5 days, the second phase is 7 days and the last phase is 5 days. So i waited 5 days before joining this one.

@@panzerswineflu So think of the sign up process as a reservation system. its main function was to allow players to reserve their spot to play with the friends. When the 11 days are up, you dont lose the ability to join the server, you lose your guaranteed spot.
All this means it, if the server is FULL and you signed up, if you wait 12 days you will give up your spot so ANYONE can now take it. You can still join, you just will no longer be guaranteed that spot because you signed up.

Concurrent player numbers are very impressive indeed, this is BS. While there are lag issues and players complain about lightforge, it’s still a fantastic game and it all hinges on the new way of winter scenario imo.
Yall can talk all you want. Once Human has it's flaws or weird ways of doing some things, but thinking back to World of War Warcraft days and the mega grinds people went through to get high tier weapons and gear this is nothing. So, yeah, you can get a reward loot box that has loot in it including a special loot box you get to roll the dice on opening and see what you get. The gameplay is quite good, but the learning curve is steeper than say starfield or No Man's Sky. Hell a lot steeper because there's a lot you have to figure out on your own. Games that refresh about ever 6 weeks are interesting because I get bored with every game in 4-6 weeks or less, but this one I'm 3 weeks in and still learning and have lots to do. I don't get into these style pvp games. Been gaming over 40 years and unless it's a game like COD or Fortnite designed just for pvp they always end up a mess. Group of 5-10 friends can dominate when playing together. There's a lot of RNG loot drops and specs that you might not get. Someone's always going to be butthurt because there isn't a forced balanced pvp system. PVP players get the most butthurt and become toxic in games like this so expect it or avoid the pvp servers.
I'm an old man friend, My first MMORPGs was everquest 1. I am not a PvPer. I am a former hardcore raid tank. From Eq 1, 2, WoW all the way to Ff14, and everything in between. I used to set my alarm to wake up at 3AM so we could tag world bosses. I understand grind on a fundamental level. I love the grind.
There is no grind here. All manor of progression is purchased with starchrom and inevitable. The only thing that comes close to a grind are amor and weapon mods and those are gated by controllers.
What they are doing with the faction costume is not a grind akin to anything you'd see back in the day of hardcore raids and DKP points. It's just foolishness.

I have 269 controllers last I checked because I started a few weeks ago and have just been clearing areas and doing the quest. I'm 50 and still haven't done half the quest. I learned farming and growing what I need for buff food and drink. Still learning to get the best. I've moved to Blackwell and can now farm barreled oil and Acid along with testing growing deviated crops for better buff foods. Just learning where to catch the best fish for buff foods and may try my hand at taming animals and ranching for even better buff foods and cool pets. When I get bored I go farm weapon and gear chest and do quest I haven't done. Base is built so I can purify weekly. missed that the first 2 weeks because I thought it was just more of an end game thing. My server is done in 3 weeks and we'll be in a new cold area learning to survive there for 7 weeks I think. Problem is the New COD is about to drop the end of this month so I'll be spending time there grinding camos, guns and mods lol. The skins in Once human suck. I have some basic camo skins I wear and don't care for all the Asian style outfits.

That box is the seasonal reward and the method they choose to distribute the faction costume. If they were upfront and made it clear that you not only has to gamble for the costume, it was available outside of the Prismverse clash a lotmless people would've played this scenario.
Instead they recieved the community by presenting those costumes as the prize you would get for participating in the accelerated season and picking a faction.

this game is one of the worst frauds that came out over the last decade. its completly designed to grab your hard earned money in all aspects. People who promoting this bs broken "game", are the true fools tho. i played 600 hrs in this and i regret every minute. this game is gone in less then 6 months from now
