I would argue Mizzou’s trap game is Mississippi State. Unfamiliar conference opponent, late in the season. This game isn’t a “trophy” or rivalry game like Arkansas, SCAR, or OU and isn’t a high profile matchup like Bama or TA&M. Drinkwitz ALWAYS has his teams ready to go for trophy/rivalry games. Drinkwitz and Brady Cook also had specific comments about not overlooking the Auburn game. That last matchup still haunts them, and this time Mizzou hosts. That leaves Mississippi state as the truest trap imo. State will be much improved by the end of the season and that environment will be hostile. But we win it of course. MIZ
