I love this! I love to play with kids and even more of is to educate them. I found that very pleasant and it make me happy. Those images are so adorable. My favorite proyect so far.
How cool! I think a laminater is going on my Christmas list. Looks so fun to make this game/ornament and it would be fun to play with grandkids. Thank you!
I am anxious to make this for my nephew's step-son! I may make images and words at home on the printer like you suggested. He's a 4 year-old that loves cars, trucks, airplanes, anything that makes noise & goes fast! Will be a great learning tool for him!
omg i'm going to make these. because my kids are of good age, instead of playing on a table, we're going to play it around the tree and make it a bit of a challenge
I've been on a Maymay video marathon...and have gleaned so much inspiration from you. Loved this project...very clever idea...of course all of your ideas are awesome!! Instead of using the marker to write on the extra square you could have used some of the alpha stickers from the sticker sheet. Thanks for sharing! ☺
This is a really neat idea! I love it. I need to go through my paper packs and see if I anything I can use to make one of these games for my grandkids in Florida.
Cute project! I've never been around a child who didn't enjoy a memory game. By the way, check Dollar Tree for the binder rings. I see them there frequently.
Wonderful idea! I might have to let my 4-year old grandson help me make these. He LOVES laminating stuff (he made around 15 bookmarks for Halloween). I think he'd laminate everything in the house if he could... Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family :)
I have used a laminator for years. After cutting images the size required, and rounding corners, run it through the laminator again. This smoothes the rough edge. I sometimes put smaller projects in diagonally, preventing them getting caught in rollers. Blessings to you and yours.
Fun idea! How the kids will love it to be able to pull it off the tree and play a game! I can imagine them checking other ornaments looking for more games!!! Have a blessed Thanksgiving, Maymay, with your family!!!
When laminating small items for use with children always leave a small margin of plastic when you cut otherwise you can break the seal and they come apart. the corner punch is a great idea . I always cut by hand with rounded corners because the sharp corners can actually cut skin.
this game would be an awesome way to use up your stash of dollar tree stickers, which I'm sure most everyone has lol!! just use pretty patterned paper on one side and, instead of stamping, place stickers on the back :)
I love the Memory Game. What a great idea for that page of paper! Happy Thanksgiving, Amy. You're one of the things I'm most thankful for this year, sweet pea. Love & prayers to you, the V-Man & fam. 😃💖.
I genuinely appreciate how organized and professional your videos are! Everything is gathered together and thoughtfully chosen to make it very easy to follow. It really makes good use of both your time and mine. Thanx so much for sharing your talents!
FYI, the binder rings come in packs in multiple sizes at Dollar Tree for when you're looking to stock up...or anyone for that matter. =) I've also seen them in colors at Target. Nice idea.
That is about the cutest idea I saw for a quick and easy game for the kids . Good looking outside of the box. So clever. Great for road trips

Great idea, I grew up in England and my mum called it “Pelmanism”, we played it though with a regular deck of cards.

We used to call the game "Patience"
In England we call it playing pairs
Wonderful idea MayMay tfs
cute idea. I may have to make a set for each of the kids houses. They'll look so cute hanging on my tree until I hand them out. Thanks for sharing 😘

+Cheryle O'Connor I did leave a good sized margin. I would do that with anything I laminated. I should have clarified. Thanks!
cute idea

Use to make them back when I worked with the preschool and did home care .. smiles

can these b laminated without a machine?
Great idea! Tfs. Have a happy Thanksgiving with your family :)
This is so cool because you made two games smiles . Because the alphabet Sierra they can make words and learn spelling smiles
i would use 2 sheets & use it as is
I am not too sure using two sheets would work. Since both sides are the same how would you diferenatiate side "A" from side "B"?
