Handling Conflict in the Workplace

Handling conflict at work can be dicey. The way you handle some conflicts could jeopardize your job, or depending on some situations, it’s best to just be on your way out the door. Finding healthy work dynamics isn’t an easy thing but it is a possible thing. But that doesn’t mean the occasional issue or conflict may not arise. In this video I share conflicts that could be ignored versus those worth addressing, and how to address them as needed.
Just remember, if you see anything unethical, illegal, discriminatory, or that may be a form of harassment, you should always report it.
